Approximately thirty minutes ago as of this transmission going out, a Daumann HC transport callsign Invicto was scanned while passing by Norfolk Shipyard in New York. Within the hold of this ship was detected approximately 4,935 individuals in captivity, the captain implying that he'd acquired them from Planet Pittsburgh in-system. After talks, the captain opted to jettison his captives, killing them in cold blood, wherein it was decided his actions warranted lethal course.
I am sending this to alert Daumann of their captain's actions, and the possibility of further incursions of transport-type vessels, and to alert the Rheinland Military and Police of this captain's violation of our law within our territory. I trust Daumann will take steps to ensure this kind of incident does not happen again.
Thank you.
