TO: Order Overwatch HC FROM: SCEC HC RE: Leasing request
Comrades!
As our research project on Planet Palmyra is stalled due to severe weather conditions on the surface and we are bringing in the needed supplies, we were pleased to see the Order engineers and staff be supportive of our endeavours on Cairo. In the meantime we were also studying alien presence and could not but notice how efficient Order fighters and Interceptors were. Truly, we realise they are state-of-art and are perfectly tailored to combatting "Nomads". In this regard given the cooperative and cordial relations between our organisations, we would like to inquire whether we can lease for our expeditionary forces Order VHF vessels of "Bastet" and "Nephthys". We pledge not to misuse them and/or spread them among general Coalition populace. We are also free to discussing the terms.
Availing the opportunity, I would also reassure you of the progress on Palmyra research and our sharing all the findings with the Order once the research is completed.

Considering your modus operandi, we at The Order think that best vessel to suit your needs is O-50A “Onuris” class interceptor - sporting high armor and agility within its class - designed specifically for rigors of combat against nightmares of Nomad Omicrons. O42D “Bastet” and O15A “Nephthys” are formidable vessels, built for combat and not exactly for reconnaissance. However, we still make more of them than we actually use and surplus is often delegated into service with allied groups.
The Order might be potentially interested in acquiring equivalent hardware from the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army in the near future. While SCRA as a whole helped The Order tremendously in the last months, SCEC works with Overwatch’s official sanction at our hometurf. I cannot think of better candidate to serve as intermediary between our two ideological camps as your scientific pursuits align with our desire to catalogue and secure alien technology before likes of the Core get their hands on it.
Most immediate concern is our research into design and practical application of shield busting technology. For years we had come to be dependent on common Debilerator series since we lost access to readily obtainable Cretan Tizonas - undisputable stepback. Fall of Toledo, loss of prototypes and reprioritization of our R&D tasks had delayed our attempts to reverse engineer suitable replacement. However with more manpower made available we restarted the project and are incorporating other modern techniques we discovered in other examples of advanced pulse weaponry to date. Gallic counterparts and SCRA “Dragunov” are the only specific examples we do not have privy to but considering the Fifth House fallen behind development in comparison to its Sirian EMP pararels, that leaves you as the last faction with expertise upon the matter.

Grand Admiral Golanski,
We are very pleased as to your decision and anticipate further cooperation and further mutually beneficial achievements. It is promising indeed that our scientific cooperation can contribute to deeper understanding between our factions, especially given the harsh milieu we have to operate in.
I believe that SCEC can assist the Order in developing its own pulse weapons on the basis of "Dragunov". Alternatively, we can modify Order vessels to be compatible with "Dragunov" if you prefer Coalition standard equipment. Whatever is the preferred course of action, you can expect our enduring support in this matter.

The Dragunov series while formiddable piece of equipment, are ill-matched to native The Order equipment commonly found aboard Order starships. Therefore our preffered method would be construction of our own design. I however appreciate your offering of this particulad device, which may be something to keep in mind if Coalition's main body and The Order decide to field-test each other's native configurations.
The project name, "Scorpion" is currently undergoing development at Alexandria Institute. I will welcome your team to this station, which by the way is our primary research facility. The security is the highest of our space-borne installations but I pressume you guard Mykolaiv with equal ferocity and attention to detail.

TO: Order Overwatch HC FROM: SCEC HC RE: Research at Alexandria
Grand Admiral Golanski,
We are thrilled to learn of the opportunity to work on a joint project with Order scientists who are well vested in advanced researches and whose fame goes far beyond Omicrons. As our research at Palmyra is stalled due to shipment delay from Lyvadia Shipyard, we believe our "Bystrina" expedition can carry out its objectives at Cairo station and visit Alexandria from time to time.
With this regard, however, I would like to request from you, Grand Admiral, passage for SCEC expeditionary vessels through Omicron Mu system to optimise the itinerary. We do understand the restricted access to the system and thus ask to extend the passage rights to those ships only referred to in our Palmyra research agreement. I personally vouch for my people and can guarantee absolute safety and adherence to local regulations while passing Omicron Mu system.
I would also kindly ask to provide brief overview of "Scorpion" project so that we can dispatch experts in appropriate fields. If the information requested is of extremely confidential nature, we can be briefed while directly on Alexandria
