I apologise for the silence, things have been... hectic; to say the least. I am unaware if Rousseau mentioned that there was going to be a delay, but I don't even think he was aware how much damage the installation, where you were to be situated, actually took.
The space you and Rousseau agreed upon is near enough ready for you, but we haven't made any exact changes to the location. Things like equipment and what not are nothing we have sourced or fitted for you. Nevertheless, if you are ready, we can get you all setup over here in Boulogne now.
I have been informed that if you need assistance or transportation of goods, equipment, or personal, I am to assist you in that endeavour.

I see, Zero.
I expected matters to take their time, thus I cannot blame you. Dr. Wight will arrive with the Titanic shortly in order to load off parts of the vessel's equipment and arrange ourselves. You can be sure we will be pleasant guests. Expect them.
By the way, out of personal curiosity: What became of the formula that was given to you? I am curious to learn how the specimen who used to is faring today. If you are so inclined, I would like to conduct a quasi check-up. Not that I believe there will be a problem, but I am a perfectionist. You would do me a personal favour this way.
I am not aware if he ever used what you gave him, last I heard it was keeping it protected in the safe within his office. He doesn't allow anywhere there anymore actually, not even me. My curiosity has almost got the better of me on a number of occasions when I've tried to get in and get a closer look, only to be shushed and pushed aside by him when he's there; which he almost always is.
Would it be out of order, as they say, for me to request some more information on it? I've been dying to hear more since you left it with him, and that's mostly due to how overprotective he is of it. My guess is that it's some form of chemical weapon, given how he simply hoards it - probably waiting until the time is right I suppose.
Oh, and before I forget, regarding your colleague - Should I expect them at Freeport 6 again, and show them through Gallia to where they'll be situated? Or do you think you think they can make it to Marne? I am assuming you were provided star charts for Gallia, I might have even been the one to do it. My memory isn't the best.

It is not a weapon.
A weapon's purpose is to dispose of or overcome actual or anticipated resistance of other forms of life. The vial that I gifted him is not meant to do this. I explained to Rousseau in detail what he holds in his hands and what to use it for, should he plan to. I can understand his reluctance, and there really is no pressure for him, as the substance does not decay — it would render it completely useless if it would. I suppose you should talk to Rousseau or Dr. Wight. The latter should have arrived already. If you are interested in learning about the vial, you should talk to Dr. Wight.
In that sense, I am afraid I cannot leave Cambridge that often. I have my obligations to attend here more often than not, and, even though I do not strictly need it to sustain myself, I have a weakness for teaching. I hope this sarisfies you for now?
