@Hubjump
When it comes to Kusari, I'd remove Rishiri and move its stuff into Nagano (along with connection to Lyonnais and Hokkaido) then revert classification of Nagano back into Taus. That way, Kusari Authorities would still have it under their jurisdiction (ZOI) while poking up at the fact the area is contested and during unresolved conflict between Kusari Lawfuls and Blood Dragons. It would allow Gallic factions to peek into Nagano as well and give Hogosha possibility to play dirty around it, as the system is perceived as property of Samura (especially after loss of Sigma-17).

@A.B. I'm no expert when it comes to space japan but isn't Rishiri half GRN? Since it's how they trade with kusari? And wouldn't they rofl stomp the kusari unlawfuls and ruin it for them?
I aint no kusari lore master when it comes to their unlawfuls you might have to correct me. GRN wont want people messing with their trade.
I don't think Gallia trades with Kusari anymore, due to reinstatement of Kusari Empire which de facto is still at war with Kingdom of Gallia. It also renders Tau Decree and several treaties void due to the fact one of the signifiers simply ceased to exist. Not that every decision made by the traitors have no legal value to Imperials.
Unless the New Kusari Empire agrees to ratify the documents signed by the Republic.

I wouldn't remove Rishiri in such a way. While it is somewhat of a buffer system it just requires minor adjustments and it will receive some for sure.
Also oh please no. Gallic involvement in Rishiri is better than having them mess around in Nagano, directly conflicting with the IKN (Reminder: Imperials and Gauls, ew) and the strenght of BD.
At the moment BD is losing Nagano anyways as IKN got involved. No need to roflstomp them with GRN appearance inRP too now.
Edit: Also the trade agreement still exists, both sides aren't trusting each other but both sides need that trade business. More so Rheinland needs it too and atm Kusari and Rheinland are buddies.
I'd have merged Rishiri and Chugoku. Two nebula-only systems, Chugoku on the right side, Rishiri on the left. The Dragon Shipyards can easily be a bit off-plane and Kyoto in a corner while the Rishiri lanes remain untouched apart from new coordinates.

Welp. It creates a pretty awkward situation of being at war and trading with each other at the same time. Kusari Empire never signed a formal peace treaty, so technically speaking Kusari and Gallia are still at war.

Technically speaken the Reformed Empire of Kusari is not the old Empire of Kusari too.
Also you should consider that the Reformed Empire exists since not even 6 months atm and that so far updates and adjustments are still being worked on.
[align=justify]Wait, so you are telling me that Gallia is simply going to ignore the fact that large part of KNF and Kusari Government is the guys who fought against them?
Unless we both agree both Gallia and Kusari are in awkward form of armstice rather than formal peace.
Yet, there's something else that bothers me. I might be picky due to knowledge how diplomacy work, but the documents still need to be signed again. Things like Tau Decree and Second Aomori Treaty are void, because one of the sides simply doesn't exist.

Both treaties being void is valid and alright. Not spoilering KuGov matters.
