This message is twofold, firstly to finalize the agreement between the SIS and Clan Ando of the Blood Dragons in regards to the Natio Octaverium and Tau-44 and to arrange the meeting we spoke of.
In regards to the N.O:
It is in both your interest and that of Clan Ando's interest that we support the Natio's members while they hold down the fort in Tau-44. Information should be passed along to them when in pertains to the Taus, Crayter or their own members. This of course is not something any member of your clan should actively seek, only when you and yours happen upon such information. Likewise, I'm sure they will return the favour.
In return, the SIS will be happy to provide support to Clan Ando where it can be it in a financial capacity or a military one. If the N.O (who will recieve a copy of this transmission) accept the following terms, then some arrangement could be made in regards to the supply and welfare of Clan Ando's installation in Tau-44, something the SIS are interested in maintaining due to the strategic location of the base. The SIS will also be happy to offer some limited security of the base, should it ever be threatened.
I hope these terms a fair.
Finally, if possible, would you care to accompany me to planet Kyushu? There was a lovely little restaurant there that I heard of, it sounds like the right place to finalize this agreement and discuss any other propositions you and your Clan may have.
Recipient: Mr. James Skirka. Sender: "Yoshino" Subject: RE: Cooperation and friendship. Encryption: "Okina hogo." Kon'nichiwa, Mr. Skirka.
According to the provided conditions - we will gladly share any valuable information that comes in hands of Ando with Natio Octavarium.
And i will consider it an honor to accompany you to that little lovely restaurant to finalize our agreements and get to know each other better. There i will provide you with the list of necessary goods in exchange of the names of suppliers we will have to accredit for the docking rights at Sekigane.
I am looking forward to our meeting, Mr.Skirka.
Peace, being the distant dream it is, comes inevitably, and goes hand in hand with justice.
Cursed be the war.
