A middle-aged man in a Blood Dragon Admiral's samurai garb is shown standing firm in front of the camera, his 50-year-old features aggravated by the metaphorical chains of his command. A neutral expression is plastered on his face, but his somber, dark-circled brown eyes betray a sadness in his heart.
"Moshi moshi, honorable Ingenuus. This is Tamiya Dachiko, Grand Admiral of the Blood Ronin, exiles of the Blood Dragons, and therefore wanderers of Sirius, in search of our own path.
We've contacted your organization because we happen to be in the area of Ames, and were wondering if there's any way you might have need the services of a Togo-class battleship, for protection of your science fleets, sanctuary for your scientists or what-not, in exchange for supplies and rearmament."
He clears his throat awkwardly as he continues, "While yes, our original ties to the Blood Dragons might complicate diplomatic matters, we still hope that we'll still be of some use to your organization. We of course don't expect to be able to escort your fleets through the houses, but in circumstances like far-flung expeditions through the Taus, the Omicrons or Omegas, or protected scouting of said areas, we'd be more than willing to help.
"Please let us know if there's any way the Blood Ronin may assist your organization in any of your endeavors. We are only trying to find our place in the galaxy since our secession from Kusari, and we only hope our paths shall cross favorably."
He takes a low bow to the camera before concluding. "... Dachiko out."

Admiral Dachiko,
While we strongly believe that our installations are best served as sanctuaries from house regulation and persecution, our strongest asset as Zoners is our diplomatic standing. We offer much to Sirius and beyond in supplies, research, and safe havens in many depths of space, and we like to think of ourselves as very capable. This does make it hard for a group such as your own to fit into the network with aid, without threatening our neutral status, as lawful agencies who witness such an exchange will jump at the opportunity to smear our reputation.
This does not mean you can't help, just that our needs our very specific. If you would like to do light repair and rearm your vessel on Ames that is totally acceptable, as long as you follow our policies listed here. We do have use for your kin if you have any shipment vessels for research materials, such as cryo-organisms, Azurite gas, or Nomad remains. These are already difficult to obtain, and it would not be help we would decline if you could obtain them. Our storage facility, Port Tacoya, should be able to accept them into our protected storage.

"Moshi moshi, honorable Ingenuus. And thank you for the limited sanctuary, the ronin are grateful we'll at least be able to resupply, and know what commodities to look for to repay your hospitality.
"I guess we know where to go from here, and where to deposit said trinkets should we find them...
"And once again, if there's any other way the Blood Ronin may assist your organization in any endeavor that doesn't threaten your diplomatic status with the houses, don't hesitate to let us know. In the meantime, we'll be departing from Ames shortly."
He takes a low bow to the camera before concluding. "May the tides guide you... Dachiko out."
