Good day. I managed to gain access to several classified experimental weaponry, ranging from the Light Fighter to the Battleship range. In a gesture to make up for the resources and personnel allocated to Project Nemesis for more than a year, I am giving them to the Agency to do with this knowledge as you see fit.
The FEUERBALL is a slow-firing, massively overcharged plasma cannon developed by a small Rheinland engineering comparny, Kessler GmbH, on the basis of the widely used Flammenwerfer series in the late 790's. After the Nomad crisis, Kessler was forced to file for bankrupcy after producing only a few hundred of these weapons. Today, the few surviving examples are hard to come by and highly sought after - and now we can rebuild them.

Those were the first weapons we reverse engineered in the CRI. The EMP Flak fires, compared to the normal Flak arrays, rather fast EMP payloads within a short-to-medium range. It is an effective tool to break snub attacks and make them stay in the distance, giving the capital pilots more space for maneuvers.

MK-81 Battleship Autopulse Turret Spray and pray pulse pressure.
The MK-81 is a newly developed pulse-type weapon built by the Coalition. With enemies such as the Corsairs fielding many large warships, there was a need for a specialized weapon built specifically to take down heavy shielding on large targets. The MK-81 is not designed for precision shooting, but rather for creating a heavy barrage of powerful EMP fire, suppressing capital ships at long range.

This new design is a cooperative effort between the Red Hessians and the Coalition. Unlike most other capital weaponry, it is actually based on fighter and freighter turrets, scaled up massively to create a very rapid fire laser turret to engage small ships. Although the individual shots are weak, the sheer volume of fire the double-barreled weapon provides makes it terrifyingly effective against any smaller craft threatening a red capital ship.

The Lewis is an archaic design, a true projectile weapon, firing 240mm explosive shells in a double-barrel configuration not unlike the weapons found on naval warships of the Sol era. used heavily by Bretonia in the early centuries of colonization, these weapons were made obsolete by shield technology, which renders this type of weapon useless. Most Lewis cannons were destroyed, but a small number still remain in museums or forgotten armories. Against an unshielded target, they are still as effective as ever.

An incredibly heavy, unwieldy weapon. This turret is Rheinland's answer to the problem of heavily fortified stations. It is a true siege weapon, useless against any moving target, but its ability to tear down fortifications is unparalleled even by the heavy Cerberus type. Some say it was designed for a Liberty invasion which never materialized, but whatever it purpose was, it was never used and only few exist today.

The Volée is a multi-shot, shotgun-type battleship defense weapon, designed to keep smaller ships away from the mighty Valor class. The Gallic capital ship doctrine focuses heavily on grand battleship warfleets, but the heavy, slow weaponry on these ships leaves them somewhat vulnerable to smaller, very close ships. The Volée was intended to alleviate this problem, but the doctrines have since changed to focus more on light support. Although a number of these weapons were produced, their fate is unknown.
Until the Cultists showed up with those. Unlike the similarly working PPAC Battlecruiser turret, the Volley Cannon is not ion-based, meaning the damage to shields is normal.

As for the report of the events in the Omicrons and Omegas, Senior Agent Robinson, it goes in line with what Auxesia has demonstrated in the past. I would suggest a recon in force in Inverness, however that may trigger the Hellfire Legion as well.
As for the Hessians, their actions clearly show that they are aligned or at least in an understanding with Auxesia. Something quite.. weird for Heinrich. Unless there is a technological need, I see no reason for such understanding. But alas, it is mere conjecture. Ignoring the non-aggression set up however is not. It means they have a source of funding once again. I will start to study such, but my primary reports point to Omega-2 and its riches within.
Ms. Robinson, I do hope you have enjoyed your time with Ms. Kushchyenko in Curacao. I have heard she is quite the talented woman, and a worthy ally in a fight.
Excellent work, I won't ask how you acquired the blueprints given the nature of what we do but I've had them secured within the Revenant's archive under the strictest protocols the ship's artificial intelligence is capable of providing. In order to begin any actual production of these weapons we'll have to construct a workshop aboard the ship specifically tailored to the fabrication of such experimental weaponry, which will take time. I do feel we should start off by replacing some of the weaponry on the Revenant in order to bring it back to a state of true combat worthiness, as of right now it's little more than glorified fire support platform with a very large engine. These KINETIC cannons in particular have caught my attention, but I feel some weighing of the other options will have to be done before anything is truly replaced.
Cutting to the point about Inverness, I can tell you from first-hand experience that patrols of the Covenant of Auxesia are fairly alert and any recon flight we launch into Inverness will be unable to avoid detection, at least not for long. I believe the only way past this and without an unnecessary gun-fight on our hands would be through the use of a third party, people we can trust and whom they respect and will not act against.
In regards to the Hessians, I'm not sure what I could say about them. A crude and violent rebellion, but an effective one, keeping them out of our way and pre-occupied with other matters might be within our interest if we intend to conduct any operations in the Omegas on a more regular basis. They remain a very real threat and wild-card for the time being.
