Administrator,
I am Doctor Stephen Callahan of the Order Warship C.V Neteru, I and my counterpart C.V Hatshepsut located your base and I have to say I am quite impressed by its structure. However with that being said, we in the Order need to Identify all stations near us for security reasons. We are not aiming to destroy your complex but we are asking you Identify yourself and what you plan to do with these structures as they appear to be in an infancy stage. Depending on your answer I could see us working together as we in the Order are here to save humanity against the Nomads and their thralls, and those willing to help the cause will be treated as a friendly... Your call. Picture attached below.

Konnichiwa, Dr. Callahan I find it alarming that you would be actively searching around in a area that is off of known space looking for what in gods name you would find. The Tsukihime was place in its position to keep people safe from any unforeseen catastrophic event that might occur. The Abh Research Group moved these bases here from the scrap and recovered sections of the old Tsukihime in Kepler. That was attacked for no viable reason other then they where there. So with that being said we don't really trust people that show up in war ships that are of a Order faction out side the Order we are use to seeing and come knocking on our door.
First off I have a few questions for you folks before I make any decision of entertaining any relations with you. Seeing you are the ones that showed up in warships and not as diplomatic envoy or contacted us via the net before showing up.
1. You state you are a doctor I want to know what kind and why a doctor would be addressing us via a warship? Granted our heavy Goddess Research Platforms are Neph's they are in no way a warship.
2. What is it you are wishing to again from our group seeing we are Zoners ? We are of no military value in a fight and nor would we fight on the behest of any group, faction, or individual.
Also I must mention the research that goes on in the stations is for our eyes only. All materials and research papers are for in house. Unless we feel a need to make a public release of any finding. Mind you we are friendly enough and may very well likely have the same goals in some respects. But our trust has to be earned, we do not hand it out like cardimine at a Outcast party.

Motoko Susubo,
I think you misunderstand, I am indeed a Doctor, But I am the Captain of the Neteru, I hold a Doctorate Degree in Engineering specializing in Aerospace, and a Masters Degree in Psychology. Also I understand the Order Overwatch may have caused some negative outlooks on the Order as a whole but I am trying to change all that. We aim to befriend those the Order turned away or worse killed. My organization travels across systems looking for Nomadic and Wild bases. They are mostly in "out of the way" areas and we made our way to [Redacted] and found your base. Now we do not travel in a "diplomatic convoy" because we fight the things that keep people up at night, Nomads are not something you want to encounter in a transport and we have to take every precaution we can. If we find a Nomad Lair we must destroy it, that's where the Neteru and the Hatshepsut come in place.
I will be frank here Motoko Susubo the Overwatch would have deemed your base a threat and probably would have burned it the moment they found it, we are trying a diplomatic approach to all we meet. The fact your base's are still alive is a testament to that. You dont have to let us in on your research if you dont want to, thats up to you to decide. Helping the cause of humanity comes in all shapes and sizes. Perhaps you where moving something around and noticed an odd shape in the distance, or you overheard something on a freeport that didn't sound normal. Not everyone is out to get you Motoko, but rest assured if the Nomads get their way there will be no place to hide.
Just as the constant increase of entropy is the basic law of the universe, so it is the basic law of life to struggle against entropy. - V. Havel

Konnichiwa, Dr. Callahan yet again. I hold no ill will to the Overwatch and I have it on good authority that the bases are totally safe under the Overwatch. I will go as far as to say they where instrumental in helping find the location to which the bases where moved to.
I have a problem with trusting someone that is spouting ureteric about the very group they are in fact part of . You may not be the Overwatch but you are the Order in general. You are telling me you are a man of higher education I am sure you are aware "that a house divided will never stand" . Thou you cause may be noble how you are going about it is less then noble.
I do find it odd you telling of all people Zoners about the dangers of the Nomads. Nomads are not the intergalactic boogey men you make them out to be. As Zoners we have lived with in Nomad space. We know all to well the dangers of living in that space. But I will point out that humans in general pose a bigger threat to humans then any nomad. the Nomads if they where to sit back and just watch , the human race would end it self.
If we come across any passing information we generally pass it along to the Overwatch. Your concern for our well being is touching and we thank you for that.
