Job Interview
Why, yes. It seems news of The Order’s recent sponsored board has finally reached circles of the Freelancer community in the Colonies. It is true that The Order Overwatch seeks to build up a healthy and reliable group of fixers to undertake certain missions that may or not be outside of The Order’s limits. Powerful and worldly men make enemies in all the different places, therefore our job opportunities disregard all borders. That is, I assume this is what you came here for.
I do like my mercenaries as I do my women. Loyal and capable of uttering more than 3 short sentences in English. As you see we are having a problem here. I do not know whether you are “The” Reavers or some completely new and random rainbow. You see, Mr. Magenta your old pack was notorious for stabbing own employers as soon the grass on the other side of the fence was reliably greener pasture. Explain to me why I would want to invest hard earned Sirian Credits into a faction infamous for their disreputable work ethics. It does not sound like a good investment on our part and we will need something to warrant long-term security in our potential contract.
Do not tell me that all good mercs lack scrupules, I had been in space long enough to recall your nemesis and greatest competitors. The so called “Mandalorians” which I believe was some kind of pop-culture reference to Old Sol. They were working for my enemy and for which I would had end them myself (someone beat me to that target) but I had this highly unadvised dose of respect to a bunch of Bretonians for their honor. Contrary to what most people believe I actually do possess ‘moral spine’ even if no one alive can comprehend intricacies of my moral compass.
Also, the brief… too brief communique on your part. For whatever reason you contacted The Order for the second time with something that I sincerely want to hope was not a generic inquiry pre-made by a secretary-bot to automate job seeking. I do hope you are aware that any normal employer would not even get to review your most generous opportunity due to nature of corporate spam filters put in place. In fact it must had been the “Reaver” term alone that carried this message to its intended destination. I do not ask you to allow me (and entire Order Intelligence’s network) privy into your entire life story over tea but I believe you could achieve so much more by putting more effort into the most critical part of your own job save the actual shooting.
So how it would be?

We both know theres only one group that will openly wear the Reaver tag after everything we did. Call it a sign of pride or of madness, doesn't matter.
What does matter is that we both know how it works. Reavers are loyal to a contract. We've made the choice to talk to you, before any of the other Omicron groups, in an effort to prevent the issue of having to pick between contracts and potentially backstab someone. We know that when it comes to working a hitlist, cleaning a sector or just generally removing hostiles, the Reavers have always been some of the best.
I won't try and sell you on some fucked up claims to a greater good and wanting to safeguard humanity, you know that we're after simpler goals than that. But it is that simplicity that lends value to us. We're not just loyal to the contract, we're loyal to keeping the contract for as long as possible. We're not going to take a moral stance on some grey zone, we won't object to what needs to be done. We understand how it works. We've been there, we've done it.
It's all business in the end. So here's my suggestion. Offer us a contract. Let us cause some havoc, and see if it was worth your while trusting us. If it proves to be a waste, no hard feelings, it's just business after all.

The operatives of yours that were stationed in Omicrons were used to their full potential by The Order Commanders at hand. It seems you have made a good impression on them and have provided positive feedback on the re-established Reaver Company. I trust my men and your gambit appears to have paid off. I will make you a contract.
In this document you will find a list of targets you can hunt to your hearts content across entire Sirius sector. All you have to do is to access the registration center and fill in the application, the Agency has been notified of you and will clear your paperwork promptly. You can expect the Board to expand as we intend to add additional modifiers to already existing contracts and furthermore expand the lists with more entities who cross The Order's path.

Hi there, I'm Grullo. The boss sent me to the region, Omicrons and Sigmas, to dedicate myself into charming you with our work and cool words. Now, I'm not that pretty and not that good with words too. What I am good with, is work.
So good to know you are giving us business. I'll be prepping the paperwork to start working that contract of yours. Fair warning, there are some guys with the Orion body-tags and they are business. Now if that business and yours face-tank each other, we'll work for you first and explode them afterwards. Just a heads-up to prevent future contractual drama.
Tell Valkyrie I'll be waiting for the next round of Reaper history. I'm a sucker for those.

As for the Orion... The Order would appreciate that in situations as you describe, violence would be limited only to targets we pay for - either by the board or in person - when combat takes place in space directly controlled by The Order... it's easy to tell by ammount of Order patrols and presence of our bases. However, Omicrons and large swaths of Sirius at large are lawless and outside of Order's direct administration. Anything that happens outside of O-Mu, O-Sigma and such is no longer our problem. The locals already made up their mind that they preffer to stay out of the lovely Order family so how you deal with their complaints... entirely up to you.
