Good day, General.
I am Captain William Briggson and I am the commanding officer of the Technology & Grants department of the Bretonian Armed Forces. I come to you today with the proposal of a weaponry technological exchange between the Council and the Bretonian Armed Forces.
Namely a batch of your Bastard Culverins and the Falcon and Falconet pulse weaponry. Obviously, we are proposing to deliver a equitable batch of our Dissolver, Splitter and Sunrails. Needless to say, if you so require, we can allocate a team of technicians to help your forces to equip and maintain these weapons so that they can function at their utmost efficiency. We would ask the same in return, as well.
We also have several experimental weaponry blueprints ranging from snub to capital vessels class. If you are interested in such, we will obviously accommodate our friends and allies in the war against the Royalists.

I am Adjudant Générale Alice Marie of the Council, under order of Générale LaFlamme I will be negotiating this exchange.
While the Council certainly appreciates your need for weapons of our kind, I must disclose that these weapons -based on knowledge from previous attempts- have proven to be extremely incompatible to the point of reduced core regeneration. Obviously anyone can understand why that simply will not do for the sake of our pilots waging this war at it's front.
The weapons themselves however, can be exchanged, and the Council would be more than interested in any "experimental" weaponry that might seek to aid it's cause against the Royal forces - any advantage is to be seized in our situation.
Sincèrement,
Adjudant-Générale Alice Marie Du Conseil

Good day, Adj, General Marie.
We in the T&G have the necessary brain power to make it work, since it is quite easier (or so I have been told) to adapt gallic origin weaponry to sirian electronical grids that use a.. I am reading this from a paper that was written by our lead Developer, General. If he says we can do it, I am inclined to agree, since he managed to created and develop more technology to the Bretonian Armed Forces in short months than most of the other Bretonian manufacturing firms in years.
As for the weapon exchange, I thank you very much, since the R&D have been putting the pressure onto me, so to speak. The physical exchange can be set up post-haste at your earliest convenience.
However, the Admiralty Board only allows a certain number of blueprints to be released. Even the Libertonians do not have any kind of access to it, so you can imagine how dangerous they can be.
But I can be of assistance in that regard.
Here is a small catalog of the experimental weaponry we have already developed. Chose three to five of the ones you would like and I will forward the request to the Admiralty to see if they can be released to you and yours.

The Council and Générale LaFlamme extend their gratitude for such a gracious offer considering our current situation. I personally can have the necessary weaponry dispatched to an exchange point within the week, specifications will be delivered in a more secure means. I'm sure you can understand why.
As for the offer of blueprints, the Council would request it's own blueprints of the KINETIC, VOLLEY, AUOTPULSE, and BREAKER weaponry at your earliest convenience. We understand this may take some time, please provide us with regular updates in regards to any developments. I've personally had the experience of witnessing the Kinetic weaponry in action under use of the H.M.S-Sovereign, I must say it's quite powerful.
Sincèrement,
Adjudant-Générale Alice Marie Du Conseil

Good day, Adj, General Marie.
I already received the affirmative reply from the Admiralty Board for the release of the blueprints you have requested. They are being sent to you through more secure means, you should be receiving them as we speak. As for the exchange of weaponry, the primary Fleet will take care of the process, that will no doubt will run without a problem.
We in the 'Toys & Games' are extremely grateful for this exchange of technology and are of course available for any questions or aid in the technological field that Le Counseil may have in the future.
