Χαιρετίσματα, respective leaders of the Custodi. I sincerely hope I pronounced that right, as I've taken some time to do research on your people to prepare for this transmission. My name is Jeanne Lorraine, appointed to establish relations between our company and the Empire by the directeur général herself, mademoiselle Sophie Pomeroy.
As we already know, the "Dorian" empire, as you call them, are already on good terms with our great Kingdom, but the Custodians seem to have a more.. civilized approach, to both diplomacy and the general art of living, which is exactly what drew us to make this communication aimed strictly towards yourselves.
I'll make this simple and straight to the point. People, rich individuals looking to waste their most likely ill gained riches are easily drawn towards new, expensive, shiny, almost alien show pieces, no pun intended. And as I've heard, such artifacts and relics are plentiful around your very own corner of Sirius.
We at Ile-de-France shipping are looking to establish a trade deal with the Custodi in order to export such bountiful cargo into Gallia. With the keyword being "deal", I suppose we are obligated to provide some sort of return, and in order to discuss such important and profitable matters, a meeting with mademoiselle Pomeroy would be in order, and will be arranged should you wish for one to take place.
Our system of government doesn't lend itself to administrative efficiency and our diplomatic channels to Gallia are still in construction. That said, Custodi have attempted to establish a lasting relationship with IDF Shipping a number of times already.
The Custodi people are ready to hear your offer and I will see to it that the next reply to this channel is from someone especially dedicated to diplomacy with your House.
Yours sincerely,

Monsieur Augustopolos, I truly appreciate that the Archon of the Custodi himself spared some of his time to reply to this transmission, and I sincerely apologize for my ignorance on your previous attempts at contact. Ile-de-France shipping is under new administration, and having knowledge of absolutely everything that has happened before my time here is close to impossible.
Now, to answer your inquiry. In exchange for Artifact and Relic shipments, as well as access to your home planet in order to obtain such ourselves, we have full permission from the Crown to allow your vessels passage through Gallic space, and to provide your people with landing rights for the Kingdoms many stations and planets. One of which, I must point out, is Planet Orléanais, known for its plentiful food resources, ready for export. And as far as my knowledge goes, food is a rather hot topic within the Corsair empire nowdays. Along with that, we also offer high quality industrial materials and goods, such as Plastic and Magnets, along with luxurious high class food ingredients which are seen regularly on Aristocratic dining tables here in Gallia, which I dare say would more than please the refined taste of the Custodian people.
I hope our offer meets your expectations, and once again I thank you for taking the time to hear us out.
As a token of our good will, you will find the previous transmissions concerning us and IDF attached to this transmission.[1][2][3]
We have reviewed your proposition and I am glad to say we find it more than satisfactory. However we will not be able to involve our own logistics fleet until we receive docking access on Gallic bases,[4] and I'm afraid that will still take some time. From what I know, though, your ships are already cleared to dock with Crete and you can proceed with executing this trade deal. Whenever you traders want to visit for Xeno Relics, our miners will be at your disposal.
Yours sincerely,

Monsieur Augustopolos, I have taken the time to look over the previous transmissions reaching out to us that you have provided, and it seems like we are still on the same page despite the major change in ranking and administration, which is rather satisfactory.
Hopefully you will be pleased by the fact we've already begun sending out some of our transports to Omicron Gamma[1] with the relevant supplies. I must say, I managed to get a peak at the Custodian cities from afar, and they're truly stunning. I suppose you don't mind tourists? As I just have to make a personal visit myself one day.
It is unfortunate that it is taking so long for all the paperwork regarding your docking access to be cleared, but be sure we will try to give the Crown a little push to fasten the process. I know I'm repeating myself, but I just have to say once again that Ile-de-France shipping as a whole is very appreciative of the fact that you've taken the time to discuss matters that have already been talked about previously, and we hope that the relationship between our parties prospers.
Unfortunately for the Gallic tourism sector, the Corsair laws strictly disallow bringing in foreign people planet-side and I doubt this will change in the near future. We can definitely arrange special invitations for certain people of interest and relevance, but it is not the norm.
Meanwhile, the Logistics fleet is still awaiting docking clearances from Gallia. Let us hope that it will be granted shortly.
Yours sincerely,
