I am unfortunately reaching out to whomever it concerns regarding an egregious miscarriage of justice that has undoubtedly been done before by the captain in question in the =LSF=. Whether this is a larger extortion scheme or not, I am unable to say. I am speaking of =LSF=Ft.Campbell.
I am keying whomever it concerns in to the communications log. We desire, on behalf of the people of Liberty, for sanctions against the pilot in question. As an out-of-court settlement has not been reached, my employer has made it evident that they desire only for court fees to be reimbursed. We do not wish to place financial burdon upon the Libertonian Government while they sort through the mess the =LSF= has become.
We will not tell you how to do your job and ensure this does not happen again, but surely non-violent suspects should not be discharged upon without a moments consideration. We leave correctional behavior against the =LSF= to your discretion, provided of course this suit succeeds. Legal costs to be charged to the =LSF= will be dependent upon future involvement from my end.
The Republic of Liberty
Liberty District Court for the District of Upper Manhattan
Baron Ashbury, Esq:
I must unfortunately inform you that your current suit has stalled due to lack of identifying information. As a reminder, the Republic of Liberty requires both proof of Libertonian citizenship and a specific list of grievances that you are filing against the officer in question, as well as whatever demands of reparation you are seeking from said individual or organization, in order to file a civil suit. All of this information will need to be collated and re-filed with the District Court before your suit can continue.
