My name is Ian Howler, I am the Rheinland Director of the Junker Congress.
I felt it prudent to be forthcoming to the fact that I will be deploying a Modular Base in the northwest of sector B-2 in the very near future. (Within a few days' time.)
Its purpose will be to serve as a Premium Scrap processing plant and storage depot, and it will sell what is processed to anybody who wants it, providing there is stock. Our processing will not include Military Salvage.
I should mention that the depot will also occasionally be serving as my home.
The depot is not directly affiliated with the Junker Congress itself.
Due to the current situation in Bering, I will be restricting docking of non-Congressional ships to a case-by-case basis in hopes of keeping fighting well away from the depot. This is for the safety of my crew, myself, and all the inhabitants of Bering.
Upon completion of construction, those who wish to put in a request for docking quarter may contact the dockmaster.
Appropriate communication channels will be available at that time, and application will be available to all with at least neutral standing toward Junkers.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to voice them.
Yours,
- Ian "Wolf" Howler Rheinland Director, Junker Congress.
