That old saying is ringing truer every day. At least for the twelve Rheinlanders who lost their lives yesterday when their trade lane was disconnected too early and caused their shuttle to crash in perhaps the most horrible traffic accident this year. For them, space was indeed their final frontier. The end of their journey.
And I am asking you: Why we lost these innocent twelve souls? Why our Network is crumbling all the time? Broken trade lanes, de-synchronized jump gates, our critical infrastructure is falling apart in the midst of a vicious war in the Sigmas.
And the answer is the Elite. The Chancellor is corrupt to the bone. She surrounded herself with every opportunist in Rheinland and they make sure the CEOs and Vice Presidents in Daumann, Republican and Kruger receive exorbitant bonuses beyond any measures. Out of your pockets. At the same time they have no money to pay for the maintenance of our Network.
Some say that they are doing it to save money. Really? Is this how much twelve lives cost today? A new report from the independent Chamber of Commerce arrived. They, uhum, revised the impact of trade lane network disruptions, Rheinland will lose 2% of growth because of the disruptions, a figure much much higher than the costs of maintenance.
But at least some people are going to make profit out of this. Look at the new feature in the Rhein-Traffic app. It is the most trending app in Rheinland right now.
And what will happen when something breaks down and won't need just a few hours of repairs? What if that's the Jump Gate leading to Frankfurt system? That will be a field day for our enemies, as it will leave Frankfurt isolated from the rest of Rheinland.
Our enemies look at our situation and relish with our incompetence and corruption. How long will you leave them unchecked? Please like and subscribe to our show. And don't forget to leave your comments below.
My name is Peter Doerf, and we will be back after the break.
You are taking the piss right? I'm pretty sure its common knowledge that the local corporations within Rheinland have no say in this. Its Ageira and those Libertonian monopolies that keep the state handicapped. They won't open up into a free market, they're playing us and the rest of Sirius like puppets. Nothing like the free markets of Rheinland and Bretonia, even when we're at war they're much better at upholding a better standard.
Who do you think is going to repair them? Daumann? They don't even have the schematics. I just hope some kind of competition rolls around soon so Ageira and their shareholders can suck it.
