Hello there.
I trust I can skip the introduction. Warden Collins saw it fit to have me handle these talks, given my past work with, and for, the Brotherhood. Long story short, I think we both realize our relations have been a little... Rough around the edges? All these suspicions of you supporting Gallia, not really helped by custodians shooting our people, made the Guard's general populace a little nervous, and the complete silence on diplomatic channels between us is only making things worse. We think it'd be a good idea to change that.
In line with that thought, the Guard would like to reach out to the Brotherhood to seek some closer cooperation, to reinvigorate the relationship we have built over the past years. For the old times' sake, you could say. We have a few ideas in mind, but we'd like to know first.

Saludos Senoria Flora,
The Brotherhood is still keen to retain our ties with the Guard. We aren't exactly trusting of the Gauls, who have an arrogant streak a mile long. The Council see's somethnig to be gained working with them, but whether its worth it remains to be seen. So, let me know what you had planned si? There may still be good times to be had between us.

Senor Vasquez,
I'm glad to see you're in. There're two things we'd like to work on.
First off, you may or may not have heard of the Emerald Order. Long story short, they are our squid experts, doing all the dirty work in research and disposal of those things. Given what they're into, it's kind of obvious they took interest in that one gas giant in Omicron Xi. They'd be interested in jointly setting up shop within or near the ruins to study them properly. Not permanently, of course, given how volatile the area is, likely just dispatching a single research vessel to collect samples and scans of the site. Or any other site you think is of value. I'm sure you have something else stashed out there as well. If you're up for it, they'll likely hit you up on their own to iron out the details.
As for the other thing, well... I'm confident the Brotherhood remembers that one time we helped you out with our tech. You know, all the compatibility issues and all. We'd like to call upon that favour, and ask that you return it. We've got a load of Titans and Centurions, even a few Imperators, constantly beeping and flashing error messages because they just can't get used to our guns, engines and replacement parts. We'd really appreciate if you could shed some light on how we can work on those beasts, without turning them into a sad jumble of random tech.
That'd be all we had planned. Tell me what you think, and we'll work from there.

Saludos Senoria Flora,
My apologies for the delay, senorita. A drought in the Parnassus region of Crete has dragged me away from my usual duties for the The Brotherhood, with many hands required to bring our hermanos from the brink of starvation. Now, as for your suggestions;
We would be interested to see what information the Emerald Order can take from the ruins in Knossos, although I do hope you understand that any samples taken from the site will require a payment to the Empire- it's just good business, si? That said, as long-time friends of The Brotherhood, I'm sure you'll find the prices much to your liking. *laughs* We have little interest in studying the ruins ourselves, presently, as most artifacts dug up are still just inert rocks, but you are free to dig away to your hearts content, giving there is a representative of the Corsairs to supervise any important discoveries. Oh, and we'll need to run the occasional test against infections- but don't worry senorita, we're very good at sterilizing things.
Now, your ships are acting up you say? They must be after all these years. I think we can show you how to run these beast at their full potential- take them, and a repair crew, over to Cadiz, our engineers there can keep a fighter running far longer than you would have ever thought possible. That said, supplies, and time, are in short supply on the front there, so if you want to get your ships serviced, you'll need to bring in your own supplies. After a crash-course from Cadiz, you should have no worries working your own guns into the ships powercores at full capacity.

Senor Vasquez,
I'm happy to see us in agreement. We'll be sending Keeper Jones, with some assistants, to undergo the course. I might even poke in myself. As for the supplies, we'll have something with us. As for Knossos, I'll leave it to Matriarch Ross to contact you at a latter date. You know, matters above a simple Sentinel's paygrade.
Also, about the drought. If there is anything we can help out with, don't hesitate to ask.

Senor Vasquez.
What we are seeing in New London right now sure doesn't add up with your past claims. While I'm sure you're not supportive of this development, the Warden wants to know your stance on it.
