I am major Weiss representing the Army and overseeing agreements in external trade relations. Your group has been well renowned with the Army for some time, but diplomacy aside the Army would like to put it's trade relations with the N.O. to greater use - one that could indefinitely secure "space" for more operations. The resource requirements listed below are to be delivered to Wolfsberg Shipyard in the system you know as "Omega-54". Rest assured you will be compensated for your efforts in addition to being recognized as a more friendly entity. The supplies are being delivered to renovate Wolfsberg and in turn expand on its capabilities, which will benefit our associates/friends as much as it will benefit us.
Should you choose to accept, leave the manifest of each transaction in this channel. This is the first of several phases, some of which may or may not include your organization based on clearance levels.

Guten abend, Major Weiss.
Mein name ist Tobiah Nitzan. Ich bin der Finanzminister von Natio Octavarium.
He coughs, clearly out of his lingual element.
We're incredibly pleased to hear from your organization again. We've had some great things going and we're interested in tightening the relationship between our two peoples. The Octavarium Mercantile Guild is our humble nation's government-sponsored union of logistics contractors, shipholders, and the occasional fabricator or two. All ships registered with the Mercantile Guild fly the banner of the Natio, as they represent our economic interests at home and abroad. Independent and government-affiliated contractors from the Mercantile Guild will be more than happy to fulfill the orders you have catalogued for us on this channel.
I'll make sure members of the Guild can submit reports to this channel without seeing anything outside of their own reports and any direct responses to them. Security is our number one priority when it comes to long-haul contracts like this. I will also communicate to the Guild that they should ensure their ships are flashing the right clearance codes for the transport moors at Wolfsburg we have access to.
Herzliche Grüße,
Tobiah Nitzan
Minister of Finance, Natio Octavarium

Joey Bloggs here!
Guildmaster Riley just put this up on the job boards, and I couldn't resist the opportunity to take the Sea of Dreams out on something more than a station milk run. I picked up a load of robotics for you and dropped them off at Wolfsburg as requested. I notice that you're more than a little vague about payment, however, and the commodities dealer didn't even give me enough cover costs, let alone turn a profit. If you come through, though, you can expect more deliveries from me.

I am Shuji Iwahara, owner of OTS Fallen Leaves. I was OIC's contact for a few salvage runs to Leipzig for your organization. You have my apologies for those shipments slowing, but our Junker contacts have been... somewhat less reliable than I had hoped.
I have a contact offering a good bulk rate on solar panels, so I will likely work on those next. It may necessitate a new ship, though; the Geisha is a lovely vessel, but it could do with a larger hold.

I hope you appreciate this batch. It's a long trip from New Tokyo. I probably could've gotten second-hand panels closer, but if you're going to rennovate, you should do it right.
Unless someone else has been picking up panels, it'll be just over two more loads. I'll bring you a few extras in case any get damaged in shipping or installation.

Back to work. This one's something of a grab bag - nice clothes, high-end personal electronics, furniture... I'm pretty sure there's two or three billiards tables in there, which is interesting. Most of it's more general-purpose than that, from what I saw.
I've got another couple contacts for this sort of thing, it's hard to get the amount of bulk you want all from one place without Gateway's budget. I'll have the rest for you before too long, assuming no one else picks up the job.

One of my contacts... found a shipment of goods. He was rather disgruntled about the utter lack of jewelry, in his line of work that tends to be easier to find a buyer for.
And since he needed to move it quickly, he called me. I imagine you'll find use for most of it.
