Good day.
It has been a while since we last spoke, and it pains me greatly that I must resume our, sadly failed, communications with a matter like this. I require a small favour, one that would enable the Guard to gain access to an immensely valuable source of scientific data, as well as intelligence, regarding the Nomads, their masters and their technology. It could be an invaluable asset, and possibly, in time, allow us to finally upset the stalemate of the silent war we are waging.
I understand that I have been very, very vague so far, but I'm afraid that is all I can say, for now. Utmost secrecy is absolutely necessary to ensure our success. Rest assured that, should we achieve our goals, the Order would be ones to benefit from it as well.
What I am in need of is a trinket, of Daam K'Vosh origin. A small, harmless, partially functional device that can be operated. Something portable, that would fit inside a handbag. Preferably something flashy, that I can use to... Impress an interlocutor. I would not expect them to be entirely clueless, however, hence why I do not wish to utilize a fake. There is also a chance the device will remain with them, and it is imperative it withstands the scrutiny.
I understand I ask for a lot of faith on your part, having done very little to warrant it. If there is anything you would require in return, do tell. I will be happy to oblige.
May the Goddess bless you.

I am Dr. Avery Sullivan, authorized to speak on behalf of The Overwatch. This matter is somewhat unfit their area of expertise. I work for the xeno-archeological department of The Order’s Research and Development.
I hope you realize that we do not actually facilitate or condone trade of artifacts, regardless whether they are inactive or otherwise. This affair is therefore highly delicate on part of The Order as all stock of research material is technically classified for purely study towards understanding the alien civilization. We know of your kind relations to the Corsairs but from my side, I will not be asking anymore questions.
Passing through our archives I found something interesting. It is “simple” as far as the artifacts go and poses no risk to health and safety regardless of what kind of mind is handling the device. With permission of the Overwatch, we can gift it to the Gaians. It is not an official Order stance and therefore everything related to our little exchange will remain off the books but I believe you would prefer it the exact same way too.
It is a container of Daam K’Vosh origin (instead Slomon K’Hara) that is more than a simple pieces of art that various conquistadors of the Border Worlds had managed to hoard. It is a container that has to a degree, power to alter gravity for means of storing smaller item within it both motionless and devoid of contact with any of the surfaces of the artifact. It derives the power it requires from local gravitational fields which means it will function anywhere within known universe. Artifact will open itself to specific vibration that thankfully has already been breached and reproduced by my department. Included you will receive a discreet audio player that will emit sounds - while not within frequency hearable by humans - that will trigger the mechanism. It has some obvious limitations: it needs a medium through which the wave may reach the artifact. It is therefore rendered useless in the vacuum of space.
I can assure you that the opening sequence is marvel of technology and pleasant to look at from aesthetic viewpoint. We will not suffer from relinquishing the item as we are in possession of some other artifacts of that type though our sources are not infinite. Would this gift suffice, we can talk about how we can get it to you or place of your choosing. If you were looking for Slomon K’hara artifacts, unfortunately I will have to disappoint you. Any creation they had their tentacles in tends to be extremely dangerous and ‘static’ in comparison to most of the working examples of K’Vosh everyday items.

Doctor Sullivan.
I cannot possibly express my gratitude for this gift. I can assure you that it is exactly what I require. We are perfectly capable of retrieving the item from anywhere within Bretonia, Kusari, or southern Omicrons. I would recommend utilizing the Zoner installations in Omicron Kappa, but I am open to alternatives. We can even venture into your territory, if you deem it necessary.
I will put this item to a good use, of that you can be sure.
May the Goddess bless you.

I am glad we came to terms.
The southern Omicrons are remarkably dangerous for our couriers to pass. Elevated intensity of combat against the Core and recent strike against Freeport 11 makes it difficult path to thread. Any and all Freeports that dot Tau sector between Kusari and Bretonia will provide the safest delivery spot for your cargo.

Dr. Sullivan here.
It must be a couple of days since one of our couriers had made contact with you in Tau 37. I pressume that you had made it safely to Gaian strongholds in Bretonia. Still I would rather ask whether you and artifact had reached its destination in one piece.
