I noticed that a Core 1 base now has 400,000,000 hit points max. (Formally 8,000 max). I tried to work out the RA needed to take it from the 20,000,000 HP start (formally 2000) when deployed. It seemed to use about 200 RA an hour, for a total of 4800 RA per day.
I worked out that 1 RA converts to about 5250 hit points. this would take approximately 72,000 RA to get to full health. That is 14 days of construction time.
This might be wrong, so has anyone else got some input?

HP's were increased by a factor of 50.
Repairing was reduced by a factor of 10. Therefore 6000 HP's per 2 Repair Materials (RM).
This means that a Base repairs at a rate of 6k/20 seconds.
This equates to 1.08 million HP's/hour.
Therefore to go from 0 to 400 million HPs it would take 15.4 days.
In that time, without wear & tear being considered, it would consume just over 133k of RA.
This time can be reduced by supplying your Base with the other 2 RMs. So it would take just over 5 days, but would still consume the same amount of materials.
If your Base was Core 2, then this time would be reduced by a factor of 2.

It was implemented by the Devs at the start of the T29 Event and was mentioned in the OP.

So how did you come to that conclusion?
Just have a look at the T29 Event, to see if POBs are unkillable.
POBs now take 10 times longer to repair their damage and require 10 times as much of the RMs to do so.
