this is probably for Admins, however I dont know where to post it exactly, so I choose Help and Support as most reasonable section.
I was online today, with one of my two IDs and Windows experienced shutdown. Since then, my ID Bybor´s_Mercantilism crash down anytime I am trying to log in with it. My other ID LNS-Bybor´s_Truth is still playable so I guess that game installation is ok.
Is here anybody who can reset, check my faulty ID ? Is there anythin like my IP adress or anything else I should deliver to make it happen ?
How much cash do you have on Mercantilism? Because I'm pretty sure 2 billion is the maximum total value (cash + ship + equipment) you can have on one character, otherwise it crashes.
Well, cant remember exactly. However new development is that both of my accounts disappeared, just short time after I posted my help request.
Anyway, Bybor´s Mercantilism was train with cheetah thrust and quit broke credit account because I transferred my profit to other ID. It was Liberty Battlecrusier with best Armour...so it was expensive, but I am not sure about exact price.
However, as I wrote..right now, al my ID disappeared..I cant not even try to log in anymore. It seems that today is not my happy day...
Having just checked, you may find that you might have to reinstall the Game Files.
I cannot find anything wrong with the Ship. I have noticed that both are on the same Account but the LNS was logged earlier today and the Trader was done later in the day.

Thanx...sorry for stupid question. If reinstall game, I mean if I uninstall game....and than install it back again, my account is not going to disappear ?
On the Launcher you have a function that allows you to export and import your Account in to a File.
Just save that to you Desktop.
