Impossible without any repercussions with the current set of rules, so I guess your example is a really really old one.
If this whole eventually ends up in the restriction of sieges to events, it would only be fair of construction would just as well require permission from the staff as core upgrades do now, and sieges would.
The entire point of this thread is to attempt to come up with a new idea and a new solution for the problems, but once again it seems people are more willing to argue and write salt filled posts than provide constructive and supportive ideas. I'm literally sitting here saying "fire ideas at me because we now have an opotunity for a new system to be implemented". It's no longer a problem of "we have no one to do it", it's a problem of getting people to agree.
Perhaps I should have heeded the warnings I was given, by the people I sent the thread draft to, from the start. I wont name names, but certain people here have really disappointed me; that being said, thank you to those that have tried to be genuinely constructive and provide ideas and mechanics, as asked by the initial post. (and again sorry for the fuckup)
I am still open to suggestions, but it appears my initial hope of getting people to actually agree for once was nothing more than a pipe dream.
The solution is to delete them. Everything surround these tumors ends with people rage quitting and or more unecessary drama. We have a siege going on currently, and there it is generating more drama that goes to an oorp level.
It’s ironic, if you shoot someone ingame quickly, they criticize you for lack of rp. If you siege a base from rp consequences, they criticize you for lack of a “justified” oorp reason.
End this nightmare and delete them once and for all.
