I am Mstislav Belov of the Coalition Expeditionary Corps and ad hoc diplomatically represent the interests of the Coalition in this matter.
The Gallic offensive against the Kingdom of Bretonia has laid a heavy burden on the Mollys movement. The loss of Trafalgar is a severe blow and it shall not be forgotten. In this regard, we propose to Mollys, our trusted Triumvirate Allies, to strengthen the cooperation in the military and economic sphere. The Omega Doctrine that we have in the Coalition, proposes the unification of our peoples and other allies into a singular unstoppable force that will give the Gauls the challenge they deserve and a more coordinated adversary in the Liberation of Bretonia. We recollect your goals and consider that your participation in the Omega Doctrine plan will only push them forward.
If you are interested in the proposal, please reply via this channel so that we can arrange a more official negotiation at some point in the future. There are indeed a lot of points to discuss that can benefit us all.
Dia is Mhuire agus Pádraig duit, Ser Mstislav Belov,
Oy's Blodwyn O'Driscoll, un' work fer deh Republic o' Dublin.
Un' oy mus' admit tis a pleasure tae have news frem ye. Especially on such madders as deh current wars.
O' course, we'd be interrested in openin' such discussion 'bout deh present madders. But we do also feel dhat moight be sum misunderstandin' ...
Firs' off, deh Republic wasn't hit dhat hard boye deh Gallic offensive, excepted maybe durin' deh firs' toime o' deh war. In fac deh Gauls seem tae focuse deir attention on deh Kingdom o' Bretonia. Rest assured dhat we ain't nae fools, un' deh Republic has been advancing plans when deh Gauls , o' oif dey, would fancy attackin' aour forces.
Deh fall o' Trafalgar be , o' course a heavy blow... Tae aour friends among deh Junke', un' we do feel fer dem, un' mourned deir losses.
Anyway, oy do forsee a problem 'ere, dhat obviously will talked bewteen aour representatives :
How could we, un' oy's talkin' 'bout all o' oos, deh Republic, deh Coalition; could focuse on liberatin' Bretonia... whoile Dublin is still half occupyed boye deh Kingdom o' Bretonia ?
Un' how would it be possoible tae wage war against tow houses : deh Kingdom o' Gallia, un' deh Kingdom o' Bretonia, at once ?
Fer dhis seems probably, too heavy fer such small organisazion as aours...
We do hope tae discuss doses points, widh ye as soon as possoible.
Tank ye fer listenin'.
Slán agat !

The raised issues are indeed worrisome and of grave importance and is exactly why we raise the issue of intensification of cooperation right now. The Omega Doctrine provides the creation of a Pact, or even a Confederation of a few Omega factions, the combined forces of which can rival politically, militarily, and economically a House. The creation of a confederation presumes the formation of a supranational state that will share the economy, the army, the system of healthcare, education, etc. While the Pact is a more loose formation. At any rate, this is the next step to the development of the Triumvirate. At the moment, we are conducting preliminary negotiations with the Apostatas, Corsair renegades that want to reclaim Crete for the People's. We will also discuss the issue with the Hessians. If we unite and stand as one, it will give us the upper hand in talks with Bretonia regarding the status of Dublin and Mollys. De facto, it would be not just Mollys who claim the autonomy (or even independence) of Dublin, but Omega Confederation, a small Omega House if I may say so.
As you know, the Kingdom of Bretonia is in a dire situation. Our intelligence claims they brought battleship Stirling to Omega 49 system to annex planet Gran Canaria, a move that already caused retaliation among the local zoners. This makes the position of Bretonia in the ongoing peace talks with the Coalition even more fragile. So we call upon you, join us in the Confederation! Together, under the single banner, we shall liberate Dublin peacefully (or militarily, if the talks fail), and then the whole Bretonia. With Bretonia at bay, we will be able to focus on one main enemy - Gallia, and avoid the dispersion of forces.
With the access to Coalition's developed system of education, science, healthcare, and industry the Mollys will become stronger, and our other allies in the Confederation will for sure benefit you in other ways, like Red Hessians industry and Apostatas access to Corsairs' shipbuilding and various goods from the Omicrons. We are also ready to locate Mollys' civilian population on planet Jianxi for the time of warfare to avoid unnecessary casualties and focus not on defending, but on attacking.
The ideas presented above are tentative and we will be happy to discuss them with you in details. The Confederation is a monumental and ambitious idea, and certainly requires some time to sink in. We will be looking forward to your reply.
