Esteemed Mr/Mrs,
I would like, if possible, to file a request for Bretonian citizenship.
I currently live on Planet Gran Canaria, a section which belongs to the Zoners, but I used to be a Bretonian citizen, same as both of my parents.
My mother is Catherine Bosworth, which is also her maiden name, and she was born on Planet Leeds, where she worked in a pub. When the war with Kusari started, she sold our home and resettled on Gran Canaria. She relinquished her Bretonian citizenship in favour of the Gran Canarian one. This was before the Bretonian colony of Port Jackson was established. For now only I am applying, and she is content with staying only a Gran Canarian.
I did not know my father, but my mother said that his name was George Richard Hall. Recently I heard that he was a soldier and that he had become a casualty of war, and I wish to visit his grave, if there is any, as I am apparently too late to see him alive, though I still hope that this news is false. Whichever is the case, this prompted me, and not at all the stirring situation in Omega-49, to request Bretonian citizenship, which is for the purpose of joining the Armed Forces. Another request I have, if you do not mind, is that my DNA is analyzed and compared with Mr Hall's, so that I can be sure whether he truly was my biological father or not.
Below I will also include my picture, so that you know it is me should I have the fortune to be invited to your embassy.
We cannot process your application on the grounds of you being the child of two Bretonian Citizens without evidence. We advise you contact the University of Cambridge for this task and submit the evidence here if there is any.
