To be more specific, I'm talking about a Gallic victory in Bretonia, and a ceasefire with Liberty. Crayterians, Council, Outcasts and other unlawful groups besides the Corsairs and Corse will still remain hostile to Gallia.
Here are a few sub-questions related to the main topic:
- What will become of the main government?
- Which corporations in Bretonia will survive?
- What will the resistance group of Bretonia Royals look like?
- What role do the Corsairs play in this new society?
(Yes, I know that this scenario is somewhat unlikely, but it's good to ask the questions ahead of time so that nothing stupid comes out of the post-war era.)
Bretonia becoming a Gallic vessel and having its diplomacy switched up as a result would be one of the most interesting things to happen to the mod in ages.
how things look right now, it looks like gallia is supposed to win
and it's also supposed to advance into omegas what story devs have in mind about the coalition and noms, however - i have no idea

That doesn't really work though does it Lyth. Why would the Bretonian people agree to that, and i'm not talking about the general pop but the people that matter.. the Police/Corps/etc.

Bretonia doesn't fall. I know your question is theoretical but in no plausible ending does Bretonia completely fall
New London falls. Queen is abdicated and a Gallic puppet who is from the Royal family is crowned. Outer systems will have loyalists resisting the invasion while core systems return to everyday life -somewhat- . Gallic forces try not to interrupt the integrity of core systems but ruthlessly push to wipe out all the loyalists in outer regions. New ideologies amongst Bretonians rise, the red fear vanishes against the Gallic threat.

Consider this: In World War 2, Japan was ready to sacrifice all of its men, women, and children to stop the U.S. from defeating them. Despite this, they chose to surrender after just 2 atomic bombs were used against them.
Bretonia would be in a similar position, and the Bretonians may be resilient, but what if Gallia used its Triumph destroyers to precision bomb New London from only 5 kilometres high?
Untold amounts of death and destruction would take place, and eventually the majority of the populace would want it to stop, even most in the Police/Armed Forces.
Granted, this is a worst-case scenario for Bretonia, and with the way they're ganking Gallia right now, it's unlikely they'll lose, but this is why I'm trying to consider the possibilities instead of denying this could happen like you are.
Scenario 1: Gallia creates a new ruling body on the territories of Bretonia. Gallia can turn into empire by definition and turn Bretonia into a viceroyalty. Viceroyalty is governed by a Proconsul appointed by the King/Emperor. New administration is set up on every major world, any resentment is violently suppressed by the occupation ground forces. Those choosing cooptation with the Gauls climb the career ladder quite fast and become loyal/on the payroll of the Gauls. Massive propaganda/re-education ensues to turn Bretonians into loyal subjects. Corporations are allowed to exist with changed names and symbolics that are of patriotic character, if those decide to side with Gallia, pay taxes, etc. Upper management might be taken under direct control of Gallic intelligence. Opposing corporations will be eliminated, assets put on public auction and most likely bought off either by Gallic corporations or those Bretonian corporations that had decided to side with the Gauls. On the outskirts of Bretonia the loyalists still fight, lurking in the shadows, and turning to rather unusual allies as Bretonian resistance itself became unlawful. Gallia sits tight for a bit without expanding to establish firm control over newly acquired territories and recuperate. War with Liberty either goes on the defensive or a truce is made under unimaginable conditions. Corsairs get Cambridge and Omega 3 to create a buffer zone from any possible Omega incursions and for further weakening of Rheinland.
Scenario 2: the resources of Gallia stretched, the King realises that the chunk bitten is too big to swallow. Instead of turning Bretonia into Gallic territories, only some systems are taken under Gallic jurisdiction, mostly scarcely populated but with vast resources. The rest of Bretonian territories are reorganised into a second Bretonian Kingdom with a new dynasty, selected from among the disfavoured Bretonian nobility and solidified by marrying into Gallic noble houses. The new kingdom is a tributary of Gallia and while formally preserving independence is a puppet state of Gallia. BAF are severely limited to bare minimum for preserving stability inside the realm and fending off pirates. GRI reserves the right to carry out anything within Bretonian territory. Corsairs can either get or not Cambridge, as Bretonia itself is a buffer now. Peace with Liberty is more likely. Bretonian dissidents retreat to edge worlds but have less impact on the political life of the realm as the new puppet government and their services will not allow any signs of resentment.
Scenario 3. Gallia destroys Bretonia but is aware of possible long and bloddy war with Liberty, Bretonian revolts, and local underworld. In this regard, Gallia occupies only some Northern territories with rich resources adjacent to Taus. Bretonia itself is fragmented into a few smaller states, whether loyal or not to Gallia, but incapable of providing real resistance. For instance, Poole and Dublin can be given over to Mollies for their independent state that will not be dangerous to Gallia for the sheer size of population and lack of colonised worlds. Gaians can receive Edinbourgh and become neutral to Gallia for this gesture. The rest of Bretonia is divided into Duchies/Republics, etc, preferably of different political ideologies and/or government structures so that those start to rival each other. Oligarchy, bribes, threats, and other leverages are extensively used under the table by the GRI to sow as much dissent as possible and create frail and weak rival states that will make the reunification of Bretonia highly unlikely and prepare those territories to be easily annexed by Gallia in the future. Corporations are likely to be destroyed no to let business serve as a unification force. Corsairs can easily be given Cambridge to weaken the new states even further. Liberty is unlikely to continue the war due to logistical issues with newly formed states and illogical nature of further war.
