Look back at my first post, and then look at yours. I just want the possibilities to be considered, not outright ignored or denied without a solid basis.
I get why you might hate Gallia, after all, they've antagonized a lot of people with their presentation. Despite this, I think we should think about the scenario presented in the initial post, as it does have a likelihood of happening.
Therefore, to remind you all of what this thread is about, answer this: What if Gallia wins?
If its just a chosen story by people, sure its likely. But, it was never really plausible, thats why it has run into so much trouble and opposition. It has always been rammed through on the community.
Your question also provokes the opposite though, like what if they don't. Many have said, even I, it would be 'interesting', but that many other options would be as well. Its not derailing, you should have rephrased with 'please only discuss Gallia winning'. Since it has been rammed through with every update, don't be surprised if the opinion "it doesnt make sense" comes along.
Again, I never saw it as a good idea for Gallia to supposedly be using petrol fuels for their ships and weapons, when Sirian tech uses fusion (which is far superior). Their larger numbers wouldnt actuall mean much, it would be like modern England being attacked by a huge fleet of 19th century ships. Those numbers wouldnt count for long. Also, when it came to the player base, no way a less active house, with less a active playerbase should have been pushed to win. If you always have to oorp balance a fight in their favor, it means less people play them, less people like them, and should not be winning any war. Gallia only had any player base at all because they gave them Valors. Had they given those nice new ship models to anyone else, no one would have played Gallia.

I could hardly disagree more than I do with you, sir. To surmise this is to think very little indeed of the devoted Gallic playerbase. It is what it is in regards to numbers, but to even assume most of them are here purely because of the shiny (and indeed quite glorious) Valor comes very close to outrageous.
PS I will not attempt to hide any bias I may or may not have towards Gallia but my point stands fully erect, turgid even.

Seems you think that Gallia use combustion of petrol fuel to propel their spaceships (and I think I saw more people sharing this misunderstanding). That is nonsense, of course. To quote the Oil infocard: "Gallic engines use a form of fusion known as the CNO cycle, a process that occurs naturally inside stars. Unlike stars, Gallic technology cannot recycle the carbon, it is converted to nitrogen in the fusion process." For further information about the CNO cycle you can check wikipedia. I am not that much of expert regarding nuclear energy to know if CNO cycle is suitable for use in reactors on spaceships so maybe it´s still unrealistic, but Gauls definitely use fusion reaction to propel their spaceships, not such ancient technology as combustion of petrol fuel.
