I think buffing the sell price at NPC bases would be excellent. Especially since thanks to brilliant, healthy changes to missions it's even harder for factions with light battleships only to farm.
My Mako agrees with this.
I dont think increasing the vendor prices will cut it. Imo more stuff should require those items and should require more of each. Offensive expeditions into nomad worlds are great high risk adventures and boosts Omicron activity, but since the market is pretty much non existant, you arent properly rewarded.
To add onto what i originally said, Perhaps Jumpdrives render unusable if the nomadic materials are located into your cargo hold. This prevents quick travel and provides a means of having to resort to long-distance flying like the old days when the 3-system jump was still on Jump Drives.
It still carried from omicrons in convoys without JD even.
If really, probably there should be second type of cloack batteries, providing less consumption rate (so longer cloack time), but produced from Azurite + remains. Also, numbers of fighter and GB remains should be set higher for cloacks.
You all just probably bad realise, the remains market stagnate because when group even from 2-3 men begin do business out of it, it getting overstock very fast, lonely farmers pretty irrelevant here. Farming convoy have enough firepower to deliver it, so make any restrictions on JD kinda senseless.
P.S. In short - remains should be included into something consumable, this is only way to create synk, and stop price drop.
Impossible sort it in any another way, because group of humans always act better than NPC squids, disregarding top ship class of faction. Remains prices of NPC-vendors shoud be set higher indeed, but just for balance with house NPC missions.

Not really, just not so much players need cloacks. Add here, that only nom BS have price, and all other remains just easy farmable garbadge, you will get market with flow 10-20 BS remains/month. There big stock not of equipment, but of remains themselves. Obviously they farmed much faster than equipment produced and not proportionally, what lead to high prices of BS remains, and overstocking of all others.
But ye, BS remains can be upped to 1-2 mils, fighter up to 50k, currently Corsairs have bigger price . Gunboats up to 100k max, they really too easy for farm.
There's still a market for POB equipment, it's just far easier for all participants to
The problem about mission changes is that even before the missions, Makos/Ossies majority of the time had to do it in groups. If you were very good at it, it was possible to do it solo although it was very hard. But for Heavy battleships, solo farming was a breeze. You had the armour, the powercore and the guns to farm alone. I mean yeah, I'm not saying these missions are impossible, but the buff of NPCs requires you to field more ships on average to tackle them, and also your profits are hampered because Hurricanes had a price hike (and they were the only way for light battleships to do these missions). Meanwhile Heavy Battleships can just solo meme current missions with Reapers. Yhe factions that lore wise are so supposed to excel at this kind of thing struggle more than oorp farming combinations/loadouts. People fly meme house caps into the Omicrons, and Nephs into places like Major, because as of current they're the best ships for the job.
Remains being a consimeable could be a cool idea. But persobalky I'd like to move them out of the player economy and into something more robust.

Well, good point about mission profit balance, i guess there just should be more level ranked missions spots (for example, Cairo for Order allies frequently enough generate missions which spawn only 2 ducks in wave), because noms missions one of "top PVE" content.
But, i just wanted point out - that things with players economy just because group of players load their PoBs by month-two remains for one day or two, and real limit factor in cloack producing - ENORMOUS QUANTITY OF RA. I dont know who thought it all should be fun and made so big numbers for PoB commodity and so low for farmed commodity. But yes, even if set quantity of remains higher, but it still will be farmed faster than cloacks sells. (i was about cloack overstock, they produced by much more PoBs, mostly cos JD require commoditys for which hard set handy logistic chain).
I dont know why you want move it from players economy, we already have too small of it But yes, it price for NPC vendors should be comparable with house NPC commanders. Players economic should be just enchanced by producing something consumable, but not much impacting, just to create constant flow.
