Never understood why nobody ever went to Gallia while 99% of the pretty systems Disco had to offer were all chucked away in there.
maybe because they were all chucked away in a remote far off corner of the map that had nothing to offer besides prettiness
players and player interaction is more valuable than prettiness in the grand scheme of things my dude
limit the number of accounts allowed. 15 minute pvp death.... This is a hard game to get into, low activity big area.. the whole "backgound" wold is too useless, maybe up the npcs a bit and change some patrols zones or what ever they are called to spawn some dangerous npcs, when out in the far flung of a system.. A respawning , destructable npc base of sorts would be kinda nice. A person could get a feel for things without having to die and wit 2 hrs to die again.. make the learning curve just impossibe.. I see a po siege and it is all battleships.. so not "balanced" or realistic. to me at least. maybe give player pob's a chance to rspawn and repair after getting killed by wesker . my 2cents for whatever its worth..
Imo, disco needs to stop buffing battleships left and right while neglecting the other ship types, especially cruisers and gunboats. Diversity in builds for those ships is nearly non existent, while we have almost as many different turrets and guns for battleships alone as we do cruisers in the game.
Gunboats were nerfed several times over, lost the ability to run more than two pulses or razors or missiles on any GB, and had what used to be their standard shield made useless by ramping up the regen cost to a quarter of their core, forcing them to use lighter shields if they ever want to pull the trigger.
Cruisers arent necessarily in a bad spot, but battleships keep getting new weapons or buffs to their current weapons to combat cruisers more easily, while cruisers see no improvement at all. It takes far more input and much better range management to fly a cruiser than a bs, but there's very little reward for having that extra difficulty. There is also a drastically different style needed between flying a light destroyer and flying a heavy cruiser, but all of them use three same weapons which simply doesnt work. Heavy cruisers tend to feel like they lack range on their turrets compared to their size and sluggishness because cruiser weapons are all balanced around light destroyers being hard to hit.
Battlecruisers gain a little bit of variety in comparison to gunboats/cruisers, but still feel very limited compared to battleships. Also, despite being closer to battleships in size, battlecruiser turrets have similar range to cruiser turrets, less in some cases, and given that range is already a problem for heavy cruisers it becomes even more so for bcs. If nothing else, battlecruiser range should lean more towards the battleship end of the spectrum.
Vhfs are mostly the same as always, but pretty much lost the ability to use missiles in any effective way, and lost things like starkiller/sunslayer torpedoes which had their uses. Imo fighter missiles should go back to using class 9 or 8 slots, so you have to pick between them and guns, and we should see the return of fighter torpedoes.
Bombers have gotten their guns mostly nerfed to the point they can no longer hit fighters (not including scatters or chainguns), the snac is obviously less useful now, the Corona is considered op, but only against larger caps, and scorchers/neutralizers, while interesting, are largely useless due to super short range and very high drift/spread. If the spread were removed or drastically lessened I think these would see more use.

2. What will be good motivation to start playing ?
Changes, zillion of positive changes that players asked zillion times, in lots of treads, but they are ignored .
also a less complex story line! old days i started playing we all know who and where the enemy has, and now there are too many things for too few players. make it simple, is always better

Whilst tea is certainly a most enervating enhancement to the Empire and the Commonwealth, I fear that endorsing inferior systems of measurement that do not take into consideration ounces, pounds, stone, pints, gallons, pecks for weight and volume, not to mention furlongs and fathoms for distance will lead to confusion.
Many thousands of furlongs, Thunderer. Furlongs.
