So, I've got a very unusual issue with my last working computer. It seems to be locked receiving the input of keys that don't even exist on its keyboard. The volume is constantly raising, lowering, muting, and unmuting all on its own, and the wifi is constantly disabling itself, a hundred times a second. I cannot reconnect it. The Ethernet is also keeping itself turned off; I cannot even use the internet with a hardwired connection to the modem. The weird thing is that my computer doesn't even have the alternate function of volume or wifi control on any of its keys.
I've tried everything to fix this issue. Eventually, I completely reinstalled windows and manually reinstalled the network drivers; still nothing. So, my last computer is unusable. I'll be able to occasionally use another computer, but it's not mine; so I won't be on much for an unknown length of time.
So, this is almost goodbye, but not entirely.
If anyone knows of some ways I might be able to fix this problem, such as disabling the input of a wifi key, I'm all ears.
I'm back.... again! The last time I returned, a couple of weeks ago, lasted only a couple of days before my computer started having major issues and shutting off too frequently to play any games.
I got another computer, and I'll be able to play freelancer again! I lucked out, I got a laptop with i5 2.7GHz with 8GB RAM for only $85.
