You might have not heard from me in quite a while. Archos is probably worried sick, even though he wouldn't show it.
For the past several months I've been trapped on a small station in Omega-55. I was on patrol and spied a suspicious looking outpost emitting a pulse wave of some kind. Curious, I went to investigate. Upon getting too close, my ship started to get torn to shreds by the installation's defences.
I had no choice other than to make a crash landing and pray to god I'd emerge from the wreckage. The good news is I got out of my smouldering wreck of a ship relatively unscathed aside from a few bumps, scratches, minor concussion and a broken arm. The bad news is my ship is a smouldering wreck. I can't get out of here. Sure, I've got supplies, and they've managed to last, but I've gotten bored of being on my lonesome with no skulls to crack. Also, quite obviously, I don't know how to repair a freakin' ship.
I did relay a message to the High Command, but I didn't get a response. In that time of neglect, I committed myself to explore the Malfunctioning Depot in detail. Any worthwhile treasures were cleared out, and someone clearly wanted to trash the computer infrastructure of the station and leave no secrets behind - but they'll have to do better than that to outwit one of the LPI's finest, ever.
Anyway, before I spill all the juicy details I'd much rather return to The Core with that valuable information rather than being left here to rot. Plus, with elbow grease, we could make this place ours. One more asset for The Core.
I believe we haven't had a chance to properly meet yet. My name is Nevro Zac, Paladin of The Core, captain of the "Skadi" battlecruiser. Luckily I've been recently assigned to securing the area between Dagger Outpost and Planet Rugen as otherwise I would'have never received your distress signal. This wreckage you found yourself stuck in might be blocking your transmissions emission range or you might'have busted your ships transmitter in the crash.
I will relay your message to the Core forces and High Command at once, but until a proper task force is mobilized to attend the matter at hand I will do my best to assist you however I can. I'm not finding any info about such a wreck in the recent reports I currently have access to, so I'll need you to communicate your location along with your next transmission. Secondly - are there any immediate supplies you need brought over from Dagger Outpost or the nearby junkers? This broadcast seems to have been on a loop for a while now and I'm most likely the first to receive it. You also mentioned that the station has certain defense precautions still in effect. I'm assuming that ever since you've been trapped there you've managed to analyze and access some of these mechanisms. What should I expect to find when I get there? Can my ship safely approach the station or are there still too many factors in play?
I don't know how long this distress signal has been on repeat for, but I hope you're still hanging in there. I'll have my ship moored at Dagger Outpost and my crew mobilized and ready to move to your location as soon as you've made contact.

We read you loud and clear, Hawken. I'll move to Omega-55 and regroup with the Skadi. I'm sure we'll be able to organize some sort of hostile takeover, as I'm currently sitting on the bridge of Battleship Ehrgeiz. This gives me the much needed confidence and tools for the job. Please relay any instructions for us via this channel and we'll do our best to follow them to the letter.
Scar, out.
Glad to hear there are people who still care about me. There's no point in ferrying supplies to me as they'll just get blown out of the sky. We need to hit the station defences, disable them, and then proceed with a takeover as Scar outlined. Whenever you guys are ready, I'm ready to be busted out of here.
Just be careful, this thing is kitted out like three battleships. A cloaked approach is also impossible, as it appears to have a platform-based cloak disruptor of some kind.
I'll relay the location over secure comms. Once that is received, we can start drawing out an action plan.

Battlegroup Ehrgeiz is ready for a full scale assault. It consists of two Moray squadrons, three Marlin wings, two destroyers and one heavy bomber duo. The boys are itching for some blasting and we're already preping the torps for blast off. I'm sure we can coordinate and execute a text book demo job, just say the word.
