My name is Matilda. I represent a group of Zoner refugees that are now planning to settle on Pygar. But due to atmospheric reasons, we can’t build an open colony, and we don’t want to live inside of holes. For that we need to build a dome, and since there are no facilities on the planet that can help us, we request the use of the shipyard, not all of course that will not be necessary, to build the structure of the dome, that we plan to build in sections and then take then to Pygar. Of course we are willing to pay for the rent of the facilities. Since is not a difficult project, we don’t require your teams to build it, and we supply all materials. It is plan to take no more than 4 weeks, we think 3 will be enough but we never know of any problem of delivery of the material we need!
So … can we count with your assistance, and if yes, how much will cost us?

Hello Matilda
My name is Jerard Voncloud, Administrator for Livadia Shipyard and current Coordinator for the Colonisation of Planet Pygar.
Indeed the atmosphere of Pygar is less then suitable outside of the cavern and cave networks. The Storms are quite an interesting study however and i would recommend it. With this in mind i wouldn't recommend building anything beyond the Caverns unless it is to be built as a fully reinforced industrial unit.
I appreciate your desire not to be underground and surrounded by rock but there is a reason why we are not attempting to build any habitable space upon the surface itself. The Dome would need to be able to withstand Storm forces akin to the worst hurricanes, Sand and dust storm's And these are next to constant, the structure would be under immense stress at all times. The Sky for the most part is blotted out by the dust so you wouldn't get the view conventional domes offer either.
Im not overly willing to sign off on a project that may lead to loss of life, of course if you have more information and details on what you intend to do in regards to the risks then i can reassess but at this time i cannot in good conscious accept this project.

I thank you your fast reply. I understand your doubts, but let me assure you that you are not talking to some amateurs! We know what we are doing. The location was well chosen, and it is protected by one of the mounts from most of the storm strength. The plan is to make a … let’s say … a web made of ultra alloy, from one mount to the other, and also supported by pillars, and then cover by … Red what … (Red interrupts Matilda and tries to cover the microphone but not very good, and talks to Matilda)
Red - That is too much information!! We don’t need then! We can do it on our own!
Matilda - But it will take much more time and …
Red - Let it take! No hurry! We are well here, and also we can take our time, and deal any problem that may appear!
Matilda - But Red …
Red – We can do it!! Also no pressure for Terrence on the Carrying Bird to delivery the materials, and to Bomb on the Big Bird to make those dangerous hard entrances!! And we also never know if we are really stay here!! Don’t worry!
(Matilda takes a deep breath, and Red removes his hand from the microphone)
Mr Voncloud i’m very sorry for wasting your time, I’m sure you are a very busy man. My sincerely apologies.
