Daniels.
I'm taking your focus away from the Ousia project. Your work on the Cepheus and Ixion was invaluable, and I'd like your assistance for a project of greater scale. Your current project will be placed in the care of Imogen Jau until our work together is completed. This re-assignment is only temporary. I'll brief you once the exchange is completed. For now I'd instruct you to assist Jau until I notify you.
Jau.
All details of the Ousia project are to be made available to you as this transition begins. It's your duty to provide a full overview of the work done so far and what is required to see the facility operating to our standards. The intent is a research outpost, and supplies will be provided directly from the logistics department as required. Daniels can brief you on the rest, so please make contact with him.
It's imperative for the Covenant that the conversion process of the station goes as smoothly as possible. You have access to the Logistics department, Affiliate network and business connections if necessary pending authorization.
"Altair".
You've yet to submit your personnel file for review and documentation since your arrival and following your debrief. I trust by now you've gotten comfortable in your new setting. I have an assignment for you. The Covenant came into possession of A Claymore - A Gaian Gunship. The vessel remains in dock awaiting a total examination. I am assigning you this as your first task. We require a total analysis of the vessel, including:
Structural layout.
Power generation system.
Plating composition.
Tactical analysis of vessel combat capability.
Propulsion evaluation.
Internal systems status.
Possible and potential armament capability.
Projected manufacturing rate (Estimate per acquired results)
The criteria may appear daunting, but it'll depend upon your own intuition as you study the ship and break it down. You have access to engineering teams and the Affiliate's network to accomplish this. Additional details and the record of receiving the vessel will be provided shortly. We are looking forward to seeing your results, and may have another project that follows.
Further questions can be issued here on this channel, or directly when you're given your authorization packages for these assignments and establish your reporting channels. Good luck to all of you.
I will access the databanks and will begin a thorough analysis. With it, improvements and overhaul enhancements to the vessel will be provided. I work at maximum efficiency alone for my computation powers are high. Expect reports from me soon on the internal Auxo channels.
Addendum: For now you know me as Saracen. The profile overview will be provided for you to look over.

Keeper Leviathan, it's an honor to be given responsibility for a project of this magnitude. I've already packed my things, including a basic inventory of the construction supplies I was shown in Ismara, and am preparing to begin the flight to Ousia to survey the station myself. I'll coordinate with Daniels and the crew already onboard while en route. Should I direct any requests for logistic and other authorization to you personally or to another source? Regardless of your answer, I'd like to preëmptively request permission to reach out to both the Legion and potentially Bretonian corporate contacts to source prefab infrastructure and rad shielding components.
I already have experimental plans for ergonomic infrastructure, equipment, and interior architectural designs, which, based on what information I've garnered about the state of Ousia before it came into our possession, should actually be quite simple to implement once the hard part – requisitioning or otherwise acquiring, and transporting, the necessary scientific equipment – is complete. How secret am I keeping all the details?

Keeper Leviathan, I am most grateful for letting us at the Administration center know about the current upcoming changes. I will notify the rest of the personnel and welcome Jau within our ranks. The high-security branch is rather strict, however. He will have to undergo several procedures before he will be granted control to the rest of the facility. My apologies for this bothersome inconvenience, but it's part of my duty to keep this place concealed from malignant eyes.
I can't stress enough my sincerest apologies. I will act accordingly without stalling your plans any further.

Saracen.
Your identifier has been amended. We are looking forward to your updates.
Jau.
All requests for logistics will go through the Inner Phalanx in light of it serving as the interim directorate of logistics, following the passing of Venator Stacker. They have authorized your request, and I am impressed by your initiative as usual, Paladin. You'll make Sentinel yet. All details are under standard R&D Protocol save for any requests made by Zeta Section. Priority is establishing basic functionality. You're cleared to make use of independent contractors on the Affiliate Network for specific deliveries deemed unsuitable for public sector. Any resources of such a nature can go through secure channels.
The Cruiser Cepheus will be stationed in the area for security as of Monday, and will have the Hussar wing as patrol craft. Ensure all traffic within the storm is monitored, and coordinate patrol efforts with Ataraxia personnel and its Overseer.
Daniels,
Jau has previously worked closely with the deceased Venator Glass of Zeta Section. She is all too familiar with high security procedures.
As for your assignment, I'd like you to return to the Citadel and meet with the teams that recently uninstalled the weapon converter system we had for the Andraste. They've wiped all personal logs and mission records from the ship's systems and are ready to be under your service yet again. The exchange between the Hellfire Legion and ourselves is proceeding accordingly, and we are to receive an Arbiter. In light of their high security and my disinterest in their systems, they've removed much of its sensor array and Electronic Warfare suites. I imagine they've likely done much more, and the vessel will be in need of a full analysis once it arrives. The conversion system will need to be adapted to the new consoles and existing weapons array.
The new consoles will need to be manufactured. An analysis of the vessel's propulsion, navigation, power generation - everything. Priority one is establishing operational status, overhauling its generator to our standards. Access the materials in the vault, and replicate The 240mm Kinetic Cannon archived in section five. I'd also like you to investigate a more sophisticated anti-torpedo system. Electromagnetic-based. If you're not aware of the nature of an Arbiter, it's much larger than anything you've worked on in the past, and upon its arrival I expect you and the engineering team to be on shuttles, ready to enter the hangar and get to work with every tool necessary for the evaluation job. The resources can be discussed once you've completed that.
