To whom it concerns,
My name is Doctor James Erzie, and I represent the Ingenuus Research Corporation - in our recent years we've found our own growth as something somewhat substantial, and we continue to push our boundaries outward, spreading our business to those who wish to establish mutually beneficial grounds. We function widely in and out of Sirius, and while we've had limited interaction with the Kingdom of Gallia, we would like to extend ourselves as we do to members of all other communities.
As a group, we try to embody the ideal of human progress, and while we understand that it is part of being human to measure ourselves in our hierarchies that we establish, we try to give everyone the opportunity to operate on mutually peaceful grounds. Regardless of the information we have received on the Kingdom, we like to believe that this is no more than the aforementioned, and would like to extend the benefit of the doubt. While briefly reviewing the public consulate policies, we noticed you have visas that quantify our needs on an organizational level - the Category B working permit.
While we can fulfill the requirements, I believe it is only fair to inform the Kingdom of our intentions both long and short term. While our main business profits come from our manufacturing of power components, we do venture into other spans of technology and manufacturing when our business demands it. We're more kin to a special contracting group than a specific manufacturing division - doing a bit of everything. We revel in the challenge and try to push technologies to their limit, as our imagination is the essence of discovery.
In our long-term plans, we're looking for a location to establish an agricultural hub that we may better distribute rations and services to people within the region, as well as establish new clients for our business wherever possible. It would be foolish to close ourselves off from a potential market, and the Kingdom of Gallia is no exception.
An arrangement where our organization may be given permanent access, as well as construct settlements are well within our long-term interests, and hopefully possible within our near future.

After quick background checks The Ingenuus Research Group does potentially qualify for a Class B Visa, however you must fill out the proper forms mailed to the Visa Centre for review. As for your long term plans of permanent agricultural stations and distribution centers, they are beyond the scope of Visas. For now prove yourself trustworthy through your conduct and we can discuss more permanent arrangements for Ingenuus Research Group.
