I am Leon Gutierrez, the Minister of Plenty to the Coalition and head of Volgograd Industrial. Hopefully our name does not seem too foreign to you all, given the recent collaboration we had over multiple contracts with Comrade Shevchenko in Omega-2 , I saw ships which I presumed was flown by one of your owned named Viktor von Drachenfels who shared our transmission to Shevchenko.
I felt we never gave a proper introduction to you all, but I feel it was privy we did as we share mutual allies. Volgograd Industrial is a transport corporation for the Coalition. Our aim is to assist those who we have befriended in providing anything they may need for their growth that the Coalition can provide.
Perhaps we can establish such collaboration between the two of us as well? There is a current project we are overseeing in Omega-2 as well, separate from Khabarovsk Station in which we believe could expand further trade collaboration between our two groups. Therefore I am interested in having a discussion on the possibilities of trading together and providing economic assistance where needed.

I hope that I have spelled it right? We have had and keep having a lot of ties with the Coalition, so I thought that it would be good for me to learn a couple of phrases, just as the sign of respect. Nevertheless, first of all I would like to apologize for such a late answer. As it usually happens the Bundschuh movement, especially Weisse Rose was forced to deal with some really hard obstacles and had to finish some urgent affairs back at our home, before getting involved in business outside of Rheinland. But now everything seems to be more or less... Ugh... Horosho? And we can get back to work.
A quick introduction - Annika Einfalt, Oberst of the Weisse Rose. Don't let my relatively young age to confuse you, I'm here out of despair. Anyway, I'm running the most of logistik and technologik projekts now, leaving to do the rest to the higher ranks. Someone has to do practical job at the end. Also my apologies for my informal tone, I'm not really used to hold these affairs on such a high level.
So - Omega 2. Indeed, we have had a couple of supply contracts from comrade Sevchenko and Khabarovsk station. I believe, that we indeed worked together on it. I also should remind you, that DWR was used to be a partner of SOE "Vektor" before it was merged with other units. Due to this all, your offer to formalize our cooperation is much welcome.
However, words are the words and I really can't discuss anything with you, until you give us more information about this Omega-2 projekt. We, of course, will be glad to provide you with any required support, but we need to know more to schedule deliveries, assign ships and kapitans, the list goes on.
Danke for your attention. Looking forward to hearing from you soon,

Compañera Obrest Annika Einfalt,
Thank you for your response Obrest Einfalt despite the delay. I am glad I simply got a response at some point, as I would not want to lose on a potential partnership between us. You have said things correctly when it comes to the predominant dialect within the Coalition. To be quite honest, I am of Corsair heritage, so funny enough even for myself I struggle in memorizing more than just a few dozen phrases and greetings. But onto the matters of which you brought up.
Good to see things are going quite well or stable for you all. Don't let the formalities stump you up too much from important matters that you ever wish to discuss with me. With regards to Omega-2, Khabarovsk station is still alive and in existence but, with Sevchenko's disappearance we have not personally checked up on it too much as well. But that served as a catalyst to meet you all, so I am glad you welcome our approach.
To answer your concern over the project I brought up with Omega-2; at the time for security reasons, I did not want to reveal something that was not yet complete, but now it is past done. I was busy drawing up a plan that Volgograd Industrial could expand on, which would further expand the growth of our industrial capabilities to be felt by our neighboring allies and those whom could be new ones. In Omega-2 we have a humble outpost, "Iskra Outpost", which is currently acting as a aspiring trade outpost between the Coalition allies and business partners. All of that work is being managed through and expanded upon by Volgograd Industrial with my overseeing of it's operation. That is why I had reached out to you.
We would also like to increase the flow of supplies being imported and exported from Coalition space, Iskra being the "center point" of which that would happen for the Coalition's economy. In doing so, we would stimulate economic activity within the Omegas to greater heights; that I hope would bring prosperity to all of those involved in it - to reap from our labor together. This leads me to ask you as to what we could offer at this trade outpost that would prove beneficial and worthy of your time for your cause to obtain. Currently we've been trading with passer-bys' and allies, selling Uncut diamonds, Vodka and Volgograd Ordinance. We are looking into also bringing Cobalt to our station but only if we can find a buyer.
If we lack a buyer, Volgograd Industrial logistics is always in need of certain goods that we cannot easily obtain and perhaps something you all could assist us with by selling them to us in our station. At this very moment, we are always in need of Reinforced Alloys, Hull Segments, Robotic Hardware, Food, Water, and Oxygen to maintain our growing crew and the maintenance of our station - people get hungry, things deteriorate; you understand.
If this seems like something worthy of your time to get involved with, I'd definitely would like to sit through and plan thoroughly with you to see what it is we can offer in return to benefit you all while assisting our needs in the process.
Thank you for your time, Oberst.
Minister of Plenty,
Leon Gutierrez
