"Woooweee that was a good convoy we got done today."
Participating Vessels: [*USI*]Madison[ S ]
[*USI*]Chicago[ S ] [*USI*]J.Clark[JC]
CEO Notes: "This was an excellent convoy by all standards, especially mine. Young Clarkie was quite the professional and kept us safe the entire way. We managed to pick up a potential trainee in New York who was flying a ship labeled the "Deciple". Good guy, just needs to read our Dossier. Well, that's about it, Denny signin' off."

Clark did a really good job as shield. Gruzlund did a great job as scout. [*USI*]Prescott[T] still have a lot to learn, but he will be a great trader some day. Miller did a hell of a job aswell.

"Mollies should get a day job."
Participating Vessels: [*USI*]Michigan[E] [*USI*]K.Gruzlund[CA]
[*USI*]M.Black[CA] Marcus (Ship name lost in data..)
"They cornered Michigan outside mining field in G3 of the Dublin System. After a long negotiation, they denied our offers and demanded that Michigan drop his Gold Ore. I told him to comply and made an insurance claim to reimburse him. The Escorts, including me, could have CD'd the Mollies and allowed Michigan to continue, but it did not happen that way."
Casualties:

CEO Notes: "Should have known we would run into trouble. I mean, C'mon, the 'Twenty-Second Convoy?'? Deffinately unlucky. Convoy started well. T'was a nice conversation on the way there with the boys and that miner. Once we arrived in Dublin, we met the Miner in one of his usual spots. Since the Miner decided to sell some of his ore to someone else, we had to wait in order to fill Michigan's cargo bay. After waiting about five minutes, I spotted a Molly gunboat headin' our way. I gave the order to cruise, but the second Molly gunboat found them and cornered them in. Anyways, after that was all over, we waited for the miner to fill up Michigan's Cargo bay....again and then we headed back home."
"Michigan had some problems staying on course and docking with ... well, pretty much everything. But, at least we got home safely. In fact, we had a Liberty Navy volunteer offer his escorting services to our destination in the New York System. I thought that was pretty nice. His call-sign was Colorado. Nice fellow, helped an officer scare away some outcast that wanted Gruzzy's rogue prisoners. Anyways, once that was over with, we all docked for some drinks or sleep."

CEO Notes: "Nice and smooth route once we got going. Everyone moved pretty quick and the route went without a hitch. The Convoy also proved to be very lucrative. Whoever invented that route is a genius. The President met up with us in New London and joined us for the rest of our convoy. Everyone was very professional and I am very happy with everyone's performance. Escorting by Hammerson and Adams was top notch. Corporate Fees were forwarded to the Bank. Good work everyone!"

CEO Notes: "Starting out wasn't so bad, although the loaders at Planet Manhattan forgot to fill my cargo up.. *sighs*
A nice Bretonian Captain offered to escort us as well, which was very nice of him, but I rather have a woman come along, you know?
During the long haul to Bretonia, it was a lil' chaotic. In fact, most of the route was chaotic and I'm not talkin' about pirates or anything. The 'fresh-off-the-block' trainee informed me that he didn't even participate in Mission I yet, which always worries me. I mean, I have to try and train him -during- a potential dangerous convoy to a Mining operation in a molly and indian infested system. I'm sure the lad will do just fine once he goes through training, but remind me not to do that again.
I'm probably getting a lil' too ahead of myself though, the convoy did turn out as a success and we all went home in one peice. Recruit Sanderson did just fine for his first convoy as well. He followed -most- of the orders and got us home safely as a scout. The Bretonian fellow did just fine sitting in the back acting as a Shield. So, overall, I have nothing to complain about... except no women."

CEO Notes: "Easy breezy route. The Liberty Police warned us of pirates in California, so we re-routed through Kusari, which was a good idea. No trouble along the way. Good job everyone."

"You should try this; three escorts. You will feel very safe."
Participating Vessels: [*USI*]Boston[ S ]
[*USI*]Michigan[E] [*USI*]J.Hammerson[CA]
[*USI*]P.Grey[R]
[*USI*]G.Sanderson[R] -Orion-
We met the first pirate in Manchester, just before we entered the New London System. I didn't get a name, but he headed in a different direction.
Long_Hon_Silver found us right when we were setting a perimeter and an operation. Logs say that he was flying towards the miner and did not halt when asked to by Recruit Grey and Recruit Sanderson. Shortly after, Recruit Sanderson informed me that the molly was engaging, so I gave the order to destroy his vessel. It appeared as if Cadet Hammerson got the kill shot, but I split the reward evenly amongst the three.
[color][NLH]-Nature's.Blade[/color] was spotted by Recruit Grey while we were Oscar-Mike (on the move). He had asked him to stop where he was, but he chose to run for it. Recruit Grey was ordered to stay on his tail to make sure he doesn't head to the new mining operation.
Later on him and his friend, [NLH]Miley.McGreave., passed our mining operation. It scared Captain Decker and Recruit Sanderson, but they meant no harm at that time. They just passed.
[SHB]-Pato.Dooley and [MS]Drunken.Lullabies found our mining operation and started some trouble with Recruit Sanderson and Recruit Grey. Cadet Hammerson met with our other escorts and made sure that it ended up on our favor. Recruit Grey and Pato Dooley started fighting first. Shortly after, Cadet Hammerson joined the fight and finished the bogey. The drunken Molly left after that with claims that he was -just- a watcher. I split the reward amongst them.
[NLH]-Serpent] was stopped by Recruit Sanderson to make sure he wasn't headed towards the miner and traders. A few words were said and the Gaian was off to another place.
Redcrosse and Tenebrous came from no where south of the operation. All of our escorts immediately went to stop them, but then they found out that they were Phantoms. Cadet Hammerson ordered the convoy to cancel the operation and head to Essex. He chose to stay and distract the Phantoms. After some time has gone by, Cadet Hammeson met us with us in the Magellan system, untouched.

CEO Notes: "One of the best feelings as a Universal Trader is comfort and security. Now, I'm not saying it didn't get hairy out there, but travelling with three escorts gives me a fuzzy feeling.
Encounter after encounter, these escorts followed was what ordered. I even had Cadet Hammerson take lead of security of the operation. The Recruits just adapted and did their job well. I'm very proud of these escorts, if it weren't for them Captain Decker, Orion and me may not have been alive today.
Now that I've said that, we managed to get away with around 7,500 ore. That's not bad at all to me. The Bank of Traveller and the escort fees were all paid."

"Hold on, I got someone on the other line."
Participating Vessels: [*USI*]Boston[ S ]
[*USI*]Richfield[M]
[*USI*]Toledo[E] [*USI*]G.Sanderson[R] LPI-Violet.Star'[RO]
CEO Notes: "In New York at the start of it all, we had a police officer offer to escort us to the border worlds. That added second escort which is ideal for this size of a convoy.
The beginning from New York to Coronado was a lil' confusing. I had to contact some people on another communications line which put a hold on the convoy communications. And because I couldn't answer the questions of the people in my convoy, no one knew exactly what to do. I mean, talkin' to girls are just important then a convoy, right? *shakes his head* Don't worry, I yelled at one of the maintenance guys to fix it right away, so that won't be happening again.
We stopped in Coronado, because one of our escorts needed to purchase something. After that it was pretty quiet on the scanners. An easy trip for the profit I must say so."

[*USI*]G.Sanderson[R]
CEO Notes: "Back in the old days and I mean older than me, we use to fly in open space. This kind of route just brings me back so far. I remembered something my mentor use to say to me, 'Go with yer gut, then go with yer scout.' That quote has stuck with me my entire life. A well trained scout will make sure a Battleship won't even see a trading vessel. 'Them scouts are like magicians.' At least that's how I see it.
Now the convoy was quiet on scanners even through Omega-5. It was very lucky of us, I must say. So, we completed it without any hindrance and all the fees were paid."

"Looks like Araevin's back."
Participating Vessels: [*USI*]Boston[S]
[*USI*]New.York[E] [*USI*]G.Sanderson[R] Ageira Mastadon (Ship name lost in data...)
CEO Notes: "Well it looks like Captain Araevin is back, so I first would like to say that I'm glad to see him again. He did just fine being so out of practice and I'm sure he'll learn the new ways or the things that have changed at least, pretty fast. Recruit Sanderson yet again managed to get the convoy safe to all destinations and so I'm very proud of how that lad has been progressing.
There were no dangers what-so-ever in this convoy. We took the valuable time to get to know eachother and help Captain Araevin get well adjusted to his Advanced Train. Anyways, the fees have been forwarded to the Bank of Traveller, so until next time I guess."
