The admiral had stood quietly by as guest after guest came to present himself to the Prinz, musing internally. He was pleased that the young officer was finding a positive, accepting, reception. It was a good sign for the future. Wolfgang's suggestion brought him back into the conversation, with a bemused smile. "Forgive Wolfgang, Mein Herr, he did not mean to scare you."
Reinhardt gave his second in command a judgemental look in jest, before addressing the prince directly. "You are of course welcome to stay at the tavern - we can assign some guards discreetly to ensure you remain completely safe. However, if I may suggest it: as I trust Manfred has informed you, the private Manse you stayed at earlier here on my estate is yours to use for as long as you wish. While I do not mean to alarm, or over-state the security risks; given sein-your brother's present proximity in residence on Stuttgart, it should be best perhaps if you do not all - yet - reside in the same location."
Gesturing around the room, he continued: "Every man here is loyal to the utmost, but the men I have assigned to your guard are of an even more absolute standard. They will keep you completely safe, wherever you may go." Smiling, he nodded to a few of the men from his own Kampfgruppe, "And you can be certain no Rheinlander will cause you to come to harm once you take up your post in KG Vallentorm. In the line of duty -", he paused for a moment with a slight shrug and a warm smile, "-your file suggests you're a man who doesn't shirk his duty."
With the barest hint of a bow of his head he turned to address the group assembled around them, in particular the von Thielaus. "The matter of the third prinz is a concern however. We should make every effort, quickly, to ensure his safety. The resources of my Kampfgruppe are otherwise engaged, perhaps you gentlemen-", pausing a moment his stern expression softened, a smile appearing on his face, "-or perhaps this is something for my dear niece, and her agency?"

Karl-Heinz loudly cleared his throat. It sounded like a thunderstorm. He looked at all people present at the table and started slowly. " Durchlaucht, it would be a pleasure to have you as guest at the Residenz. I am sure you would like your suite, with an excellent view.
Reinhardt, your concern about having two von Albrechts near each other is justifyed. We currently do not know if the place of your brother is safe, however we will send my great-granddaughter and the Polizei to look for him. We will bring him to a safe place and we will have work for him, you both do not have to worry." He leaned back, lightened a cigar and ate his Apfelstrudel quietly.
Suddenly finding himself on the spot, Christian took a few moments to think about what was being proposed. While the prospect of moving from Munich was most welcome, the real issue at hand dawned on him. Not everyone was a monarchist and there were certainly those who would hold on to their republican views quite strongly and stubbornly, and while he himself may be harmless there would be those who might consider what he and his brothers represented a major threat...perhaps enough of a threat to drive some to extreme acts. The back of a tavern then, suddenly seemed far less appealing. Those here seemed more interested in keeping him alive, perhaps because of loyalty, perhaps they truly did believe in this kind of change. The music of the glorious Republican movement, the music that promised change and betterment had long since died away and in it's place lay only the silence of disappointment and bitterness. Munich was nothing more than a living example of failure, corruption and desperation. Who would not desire change when faced with such a scene?
Another issue arose from the back of his head, it was an unpleasant thought but one that was not to be unexpected. The possibility of who might get to influence the new rulers, provided everything was successful, was likely a factor. Such a notion confused him, never would he have thought himself in such a position, yet here he stood among those who for some reason deemed his family worthy of the chance to prove themselves again. How many fallen kingdoms and empires get such a chance he wondered. Gentlemen He said, finding his confidence at long last Your offers are appreciated and both accepted in equal measure. I shall venture to the von Thielaus estate when possible although I do agree that we cannot remain in the same place, I would still like to see my brother again before we are parted. To that end, He turned to Admiral Reinhardt I would charge you sir with his safety for if I am to be in the care of the von Thielaus, it is only fitting you guard my brother. I believe there is much both of us could learn from you, for now however you have demonstrated nothing but trustworthiness, and so I ask you to keep him safe. With that, he took a quick drink of his wine which he had been holding the entire time and used it to find his center. Giving orders to admirals and nobles was not something he was used to.
The Admiral asked a Soldier with a pretty old phone to come closer to the table. "Very well, Prinz. We shall meet with your brother before he departs." Karl-Heinz stopped for a moment and listened to the person who has called him. "It seems Alexander is already talking to the Polizei, I am not informed if they have offered him a job, but I think that is something both of you can work with." Karl-Heinz cut the phole call and dialed another number. "Leutnant? Ja, ich bin es. Listen, double the Personnel of the personal Standarte, I only want to see the most trustworthy Soldiers on bord. We will have a guest travelling with us to Stuttgart. Sicherheitsklassifizierung Schwarz, top secret. Mhm... Ja. Tell the Estate's personnel to prepare a suite in the Nordflügel. Ja, I know. Danke."
He sent the soldier away again and spoke to the prince again. "Durchlaucht, everything will be prepared when we will arrive. I suggest we start after this evening ended, now when the Konteradmiräle don't have any further points I would suggest we go and have some nice talks about heroic battles."
Reinhardt nodded his agreement. As the other admiral sent for his phone, von Ehrenberg half-pivoted, his eyes darting around the room in search of someone. Finding his mark, he hastily waved over a trio of soldiers. All three wore sanitised military uniforms, bearing no markings but the black-steel imperial-style eagle of Kommando Falke on their collars. Manfred, ever the eagle-eyed attendant, seeing the flurry of action quickly joined the approaching group. Hans, the prince's personal guard was the first to arrive, followed quickly by two officers. Reinhardt fired their names off at the prince staccato by way of introduction: "Hauptmann Dietl, Fregattenkapitaen Rainer."
He addressed the taller of the two men, his face deeply marked on one side with the remnants of gnarled scar, a trophy from some unknown battle. Although the uniform concealed it to the casual observer, others might notice the slight kink in his movements that betrayed multiple major cybernetic surgeries. He bore himself with a calm professionalism, listening intently to every word of his orders. "Listen, Dietl, select twenty-five of your best, most loyal, men. You and Hans are to stay with the Prinz, accompany him to Stuttgart; protect him at any cost. Verstanden?"
Hardly waiting for the two men's confirmatory salutes, the admiral turned on the second officer. "Rainer, establish contact with the Polizei - and use whatever resources you need from the Kampfgruppe or Rheinwehr; find the third Prinz, Alexander. Locate, establish his safety and return to a secure location." He paused for a moment before continuing with purpose. "Gera is in orbit. Go; make it happen."
Finally he turned his attention to his faithful attendant. "Manfred, pack for Herr'n Albrecht a suitable travel bag; make sure you get him some duty uniforms and gather up whatever things he may require for a trip to the Thielau Residenz. Make sure its ready to go with the -," he seemed to suppress a chuckle as he paused for a moment, " - with the Imperial guard. Gut? Gut."
Turning back to the prince and the assembled admirals, as the men behind him hastened away to carry out their orders, Reinhardt clapped his hands together and beamed at the men. "Gut, it seems then all is in hand meine herren, and we can enjoy the rest of our evening!"
