My sincere greetings to Her Majesty's Royal Government, and Her Majesty's Armed Forces, Police, and Intelligence Service.
I understand you must be awfully busy in these dire times, so I will be extremely brief. After a recent re-organization, I wish to push our company into new directions, to improve our reputation and standing as the company that feeds Sirius, and does so not out of profit but out of a sincere desire to aid those in need.
To that end, while I am unsure as to the status of your food situation in regards to your populace (an enlightening on this would be most appreciated), we would like to come forward with an offer. We have recently completed development on our latest generation of foodstuffs, and chief among these are our military rations for both general and emergency use, the S-ICFR and S-SERP. As both a gesture of good will for such a valiant ally and a proper field test of such products, we would like to supply your forces, both military and domestic, with an initial batch shipment of these rations at no cost, and then future shipments, should you choose to accept them as a reliable product, at-cost with no markup whatsoever.
I've included each branch of the armed services as well, should these decisions be made at a lower, quartermaster-level in turn instead. Let me know if this would be of any help to the war effort.
While we appreciate your offer, our core systems such as New London, Cambridge, Omega 3 are getting a sufficient supply of food without your next generation food stuffs. There are some areas which could use it, they are far more dangerous and as such I imagine you'd be hard stretched to find a captain willing to fly them in a transport. Newcastle has been cut off for some time now, so there is no telling what you would be flying into. Leeds needs as many rations as they can get ahold of but again it is a warzone and we have been unable to get regular supplies to the resistance forces. New Sydney (Omega 49) lacks infrastructure and is prone to pirate attacks on supply vessels. So yes we could use your supplies a but at this current time the Bretonian Police cannot guarantee to keep you safe in the areas you would need to be heading into. You would be doing so at your own risk.
If you intend to proceed regardless of my warning then please keep us informed as you will need to acquire a Tau trading license in order to head into Leeds.

Commissioner Jeffords:
Thank you for your speedy reply. Our company understands the overall rocky nature of the situation throughout Bretonia, and that is a key factor in our desire to press forward regardless. Our security forces are rather competent at keeping away most of the lesser scoundrels, although of course we would prefer not to tangle with any elements of the Gallic Navy.
Our main concern was the supply of rations to your fighting forces, and of course we would like to support them, especially the resistance on Leeds, in any way possible, but of course any form of food aid or supply that would be relevant to your House's interests is something that we are interested in pursuing. We will look further into those efforts you suggested and leave the channel open for those from the other forces to give their opinions if they deem it so necessary.
