Incoming Transmission Liberty Security Force
Office of the Directorate
Greetings, Admirals. I trust I'm not disturbing the war effort.
As you are no doubt aware by now, the homeland forces of the Security Force have engaged in Operation SENTINEL, part reconnaissance-by-force and part delaying action that will hopefully place the needed pressure on both the treasonous Battlegroup Harmony and the troublesome Alster Union at home, so that their efforts do not spread further into Liberty and necessitate the detachment of any of your forces. Those of you operating within the LIBBRETCOM AOR have more than likely seen the Fidelity and her attendant craft, a sizable task force of our vessels now dedicated to operations on the Bretonian front. You, perhaps, might now see the issue we find ourselves faced with.
Our forces are unfortunately outmatched for such direct actions within the Bering sector, and while we will not under any circumstances ask for any significant detachment from the Bretonian front, we simultaneously must bolster our position in one sense or another if we are to succeed. In light of this, my agents have been in contact with the Ingenuus Research Group, a Zoner collective of bright minds and scientists that have proven ample allies of the Security Force's moves in the past, and have certainly proven themselves to be the least troublesome of any would-be Zoner representative to date. They also, helpfully, are currently staking a claim as rightful owners of the former Freeport 2 in Bering, and because of this and our soon-to-be mutual enemies, wish to cooperate more extensively with us, providing us with the intelligence and crucially, resources we need to keep this operation afloat.
However, in return, they require freight shipping access through Alaska, and additionally, Dr. James Erzie himself and an unspecified number of engineers and scientists - who will no doubt be vetted thoroughly by LSF internal affairs - will need access through the Virginia restricted zone to visit and work within Chesapeake Shipyard for an unspecified period. I understand that these are perhaps sweeping clearances to give to a relative unknown, but I must stress that they represent what could be a crucial ally in the fight ahead, and the threat vector - if handled properly - of such an organization is relatively low. I have already informed them that their access to Alaska, if granted, would have serious restrictions placed upon it. The logistical benefits of utilizing that restricted lane to the Omicrons, however, is well worth whatever microscopic chance of risk we place ourselves in.
I await your answer, and hope it is with haste. Time before battle is joined in Bering draws short.
In service to the Republic.

Director Murray,
Temporary Naval Security Authorization for non-House actors 'Ingenuus Research Group' for Zone-21-A will be approved. Any and all of these actors will need to keep to the predetermined routes, under escort from either Naval or Security Force authority. No navigational data regarding Naval installations will be assigned to these ships. Standard HIGHSEC Protocols, which I'm sure you're well versed in.
Zone-42 and Arlington transit authority for one Dr. James Erzie will be approved as well, with some additional items. The doctor will only be assigned information regarding any Naval assets on a need-to-know basis. No authorization will be assigned for Washington transit and moor. Please ensure the doctor understands that any and all knowledge given to him is property of the Liberty Security Forces and/or Liberty Navy, and therefore considered highly classified. This also extends to any and all non-house parties that will transit with him.
Finally, as Operation SENTINEL aims to destabilize and delay the OPFOR microstates within the Bering Sector, I do not see a major issue regarding the allocation of stationed assets to assist in peacekeeping and rapid enforcement under Liberty Security Force direction. Mississippi Patrol wings 13 through 17 will be reassigned for rapid deployment to provide a more physical presence, should Liberty Security Force Agents request them.
