Location: ENCRYPTED Sender ID: Adrienne Perry Recipient ID: Director C. Murray, =LSF=
Dear Director Murray,
My name is Adrienne Perry, I am one of the former Director's of Tactical Operations at the =LSF= [CHECK REFERENCE]. You should have access to the relevant files and dossiers regarding Operation Good Company. It was an operation begun by the =LSF= almost two years ago before your time. However, it has continued after the President & Congress nominated you to run the =LSF=.
I'll save you some time. In short, the goal was to infiltrate the Bretonian state and assist them with establishing an effective intelligence agency, which at the time, they did not have. The Secret Intelligence Service was created so that we could have an allied intelligence agency to assist with the war against Gallia. At the same time, I was assigned by =LSF= to covertly keep tabs on their operations and maintain as much of Liberty's interests within the agency as possible; without them knowing that I was still working for the =LSF=.
Unfortunately this operation has to end. When the [SIS] was first established, we had plenty of room to maneuver as the attached files should reveal. However, over time the Bretonian War Cabinet saw the success of the agency and the huge amount of autonomy that it had. They reigned the agency in, and centralised the [SIS] which has since strengthened their counter intelligence and information security protocols. Although I had been the second in command of this agency, I do not have the same kind of access to intelligence today that I once had due to the agency's reform's. Nevertheless, I have made copies of relevant communications and defence intelligence staff reports/message dump reports that I had access too. They are attached at the bottom of this transmission.
I have faked my death [CHECK REFERENCE 2] and as far as I can tell, no one suspects anything. This was a necessary step as I could not be sure if I was discovered or not by the [SIS]. I did not know at the time whether or not they knew I was a double agent sent by the =LSF=. I've posted all the intelligence reports that I was privy to below. For now, I will be heading to Curacao to rendezvous with former Director David Copperfield [CHECK REFERENCE 3]. I hear he is enjoying his retirement at Curacao, but still keeps tabs against Gallia and has plenty of his own personal resources to use against them.
I will not be returning to the =LSF= at this time as I need to stay off the radar for a while. However, you should feel free to continue to use me as an asset for the =LSF= as I will continue to advance Liberty's interests outside of Liberty's state apparatus. This will make it easier for you to deny any =LSF= involvement if I am captured.
Adrienne Perry pitches a project to weaponise jumpgates and use the technology to destroy entire star systems to the BAF Admiralty/High Command and the Bretonian Government. Although the project was approved, the science behind it is murky and it is likely not possible to construct such a weapon. Perry spent the majority of the past year working on this weapon, occasionally working on other projects as listed below.
Leveraging her relationship with Sara Ryder of the Order, Perry managed to get The Order onto the good side of Bretonia for a bit while Dir. Weber handled the political side in order to re-legitimise them. The strategic purpose of this was to establish a ceasefire with the Red Hessian Army which Weber managed to accomplish soon after.
Unfortunately, the Order did not participate much in creating a ceasefire with the Red Hessians and [SIS] assets had to make contact on their own. Luckily, the Hessians had similar interests in mind.
Eventually, the Order turned their back on Bretonia and launched unjustified attacks upon Bretonia thus eliminating this relationship. Furthermore, following the Bretonian nationalisation of Aland Shipyards at Omega-3, the Red Hessians resumed their hostilities with Bretonia.
Through an SIS intelligence asset, military vehicles were covertly supplied to the BD| to escalate hostilities with the Kusari government forces at Planet Tomioka. The operation went smoothly and no SIS/BD| presence was detected by Kusari government forces.
Perry assists the Natio Octavarium establish relations with the Blood Dragons in order to gain an armed [SIS] allied presence in the Taus and the Independent Worlds regions.
A defected Order capital ship attempted passage through Bretonia which Perry blocked. It was suspected that the captain of this vessel was attempting influence Bretonian policy towards The Order. At the time, the Order and SIS enjoyed friendly relations and therefore Perry lobbied to block the ship's entrance into Bretonia and suspected that it was on an espionage operation.
Perry organised a joint operation into the Tau-117 (now known as Drake) with the Order back when relations were still good. Auxesia forces were spotted and lodged a complaint with the Bretonian government. The operation was considered a failure due to the detection of hostile forces.
A Kusari Naval Intelligence officer was detected spying upon the Libertonian space. Perry escorted the intelligence officer out of Liberty and Bretonian space and towards the Kusari border. Since then, the KNI communicated that there was the possibility of KNI going rogue and conducting intelligence operations against Gallia. Unfortunately, nothing came about this due to the risks involved and the general lack of trust between Bretonia and Kusari following the Tau War.
Perry and the Crayter Intelligence exchanged intelligence on the Corsairs relations with Gallia which allowed SIS to pursue a further investigation on this issue. In exchange, evidence of the KNI breaching the territory of the Crayter Republic was given to them.
Soon after, Crayter forces deployed into the Tau region and requested further intelligence but this request was denied by the SIS.
Adrienne Perry lobbied and influence members of parliament as well as the War Cabinet to annex the Omega-49 system and Planet Gran Canaria. She was at this time firmly within the government of Bretonia as she was the 2nd in Command of the Secret Intelligence Service. She was asked to direct civil servants to negotiate with the Zoners over the peaceful handover of the Planet.
Auxesia discovers a covert SIS base at the Inverness system and request a confirmation which Perry provides. They also demanded the purpose of the base, but that request was denied. The base was not forcibly removed by Auxesia.
Up until now, SIS was barred from any intelligence operations in Rheinland as this was an informal agreement with the Rheinlandic government and the Buro. Once this order was rescinded, Perry took some of the first steps to establish an intelligence gathering presence in Rheinland. Eventually, SIS began to developer closer relations with other unlawful factions of Rheinland which Weber and Victor Steiner were in charge of.
A secret operation between the Liberty Navy's 1st Fleet's ESRD and SIS.

[Dossier Update: 20th March, 825 A.S.]
Since Perry's return almost 11 months ago, she has advanced Bretonian national interests by rebuilding her intelligence network & funding terror cells for Her Majesty's Secret Intelligence Service [SIS]. She currently serves as the Chief of Staff of [SIS], their 2nd in Command. Between November 824 & February 825, she had to disappear in order to regain a lower profile. She has since, returned to her duties.
For better or worse, this is the operation which got Perry promoted to 2nd in Command of [SIS], although it also raised her profile which would have significant consequences for her future. She came into contact with a new group of Blood Dragons inside Kusari called the Tears of Izanagi (<ToI>). They were Blood Dragon extremists who did not discriminate between civilian and military targets unlike the official Blood Dragons who who followed Shogun Hideyoshi at the time.
She passed on 500,000,000 (half a billion) credits in funding to their terror cell which ultimately set up a base of operations for their organisation. For around 2-3 months, almost all trade within Kusari was shut down and several bases went defunct due to a lack of access to supplies. Their heavy handed tactics had ultimately forced other organisations within the Blood Dragons to reign them in. Today, they are known as the Blood Dragons (BD|) and are led primarily by the Kijima Clan.
The purpose behind the funding of this terrorist cell was to establish a leading presence within the Kusari unlawful side in order to reduce and deter Gallic influence within Kusari and set up a full spectrum of intelligence within that House.
The Apostatas (herein to be referred to as Aps) are a group of Corsairs working to establish a lawful government at Crete. Naturally, this aligned with Bretonian interests and as such, Perry proceeded to fund this organisation with 250 million credits worth of equipment. Their revolt however, has not yet begun as they are still sneaking in more recruits and training their crew.
Their existence was leaked to the [SIS] by an intelligence asset of Director Weber's known only as Paragon.
After the Tears of Izanagi had been funded, they began collecting valuable intelligence for [SIS]. It ultimately led to an
intelligence report by Gallic Intelligence regarding their border with the Outcast nation before their reveal and how they had increased funding over time. Perry met with her Outcast counterpart to share this intelligence.
At the orders of Commodore Dagon who had initially started the Secret Intelligence Service, Perry had contacted the Order's 2nd in Command, Admiral Sara Shepard. Shepard's interest in Perry was geared around regaining the trust of Bretonia in humanity's mutual war agains the Nomads, and they were also friends having fought Nomads together in the past. She agreed to pass on intelligence which confirmed that Sapphire Raven of the now defunct Battlegroup Auxesia was infested.
Mr. Vertiga was an intelligence asset of Commodore Kaze Dagon before her disappearance. Since then, Ms. Perry has taken over handling Vertiga. He is primarily directed towards scientific research efforts.
Chelsea Jenkins was Perry's first intelligence assets after her recruitment into [SIS]. Although she was wanted in Bretonia for murdering her slave captor, Perry was able to help build Ms. Jenkins a record of service with Bretonian Intelligence which ultimately exonerated her for her past crimes.
CURRENT STATUS: She was recruited into [SIS] and currently serves as an intelligence officer.
Ms. Erin Miller was a transport ship captain and former smuggler and blockade runner during the Rheinlandic-Liberty War. Having experience building up her own network of contacts in Rheinland and forging identities, Perry recruited her to act as a long term sleeper agent and infiltrate Gallia. Her objective was primarily to build her up her own network of connections that [SIS] could use inside Gallia on both lawful and unlawful sides of the House.
CURRENT STATUS: Asleep, unactivated inside Gallia.
Satsumi Miyasaki was a Golden Chrysanthemum who agreed to spy on the Kusari unlawful world for SIS with the permission of the Mistress of the Golden Chrysanthemums. Perry recruited her to diversify her intelligence network inside Kusari as she only had a single source of intelligence within Kusari at the time.
Ms. Kailani Rose is one of Adrienne Perry's failures. She was a rogue intelligence asset, a former Liberty Navy officer who became addicted to cardamine (unbeknownst to Perry) and dealt in petty arms smuggling from Detroit Munitions. Perry recruited her to get an insight into the Liberty unlawful world, however she took advantage of this trust to cause a major incident with the Lane Hackers, prompting a risky operation to rescue her from hostile space in order to prevent her from falling into enemy hands. The rescue mission led to a minor firefight between Bretonian lawful forces and the Lane Hackers at the Cambridge System.
CURRENT STATUS: Burn notice issued, persona non grata in Bretonia.
Ms. Emma Melcer was a woman who proved to be an effective assassin for [SIS]. Although there is no decrypted record, Melcer's last mission was to deploy into Corsair space as a sleeper agent in a conversation that witnesses reporttook place over Heisenberg Research Station. Since then, Perry and Melcer have lost contact with each other.
CURRENT STATUS: Unactivated sleeper agent, contact lost.
Mr. Matthias Hayes was working as a private contractor with Ms. Perry primarily to establish the location and whereabouts of a minor arms smuggler going by the name Shipbreaker. After this, he eventually cut off all contact for unknown reasons.
Mr. Aidan Reeves was a Bounty Hunter and a former enforcer for the Core who recruited himself as an intelligence asset for Adrienne Perry. He has completed several assignments for her before parting his way and returning to the Core for unknown reasons.
CURRENT STATUS: Returned to the Core 5 months ago, recent activities unknown.
Although Mr. Stark is not an intelligence asset for [SIS], he did help Perry by redirecting significant ISE cargo ships to resupply a strategic base important to Bretonian national interests at the request of Perry. In return, he was able to report this incident to the Crayter Intelligence Service.
AI06 was a PRIME AI from Planet Gammu. He, or it, was recruited to collect intelligence in the Omicron region in exchange for Bretonian technology that it craved. Unfortunately, it has since been scavenged by an unknown individual.

Office of the Directorate
Ms. Adrienne Perry.
I will firstly admit that I am surprised to hear from you. While naturally I was briefed on the status of Good Company alongside the rest of our ongoing operations upon my ascension to Director, I was under the impression that it would be continuing for several years yet. Nevertheless, I both understand the necessity for the mission to come to an end and appreciate your effective and stalwart service to Liberty during that time.
The data you've sent across is relatively dense, so with your blessing I'll have it carefully redacted and parsed down to Internal Affairs for intensive processing. Rest assured, this is not necessarily our first rodeo so to speak in these matters, and I would not dare let any information slip even beyond the Directorate that could trace itself back to your current status and/or whereabouts. If necessary, I can have some of our more experienced agents in these manners within Internal Affairs assign you a temporary code-name and up-to-date encryption codes, so to any other LSF operative - or anyone else, for that matter - you'd appear like a run-of-the-mill field agent on Curacao. That's all up to you, of course.
It is a shame to hear about the restrictions placed on the SIS - it is a tale that reminds me somewhat of our sister organization in the Rheinland Military, or perhaps even that of the Kusari intelligence group, to some extent. It appears only the Republic of Liberty has managed to understand the power of knowledge freed from the shackles of war, which perhaps explains our unrivaled success on that front to-date. But this is no time to chest-beat; I am glad to hear at least that their organization's controls are more robust now. Anything that made your job more difficult certainly made the Gallic spies in their organization twice as furious, and that we can at least appreciate. Regardless of this entire operation and our present relationship, a loss for the Crown in any respect is a loss for us at this moment, whether we wish to think of it that way or not.
In the meantime, I wish you good luck with your meeting with the former Director - do let me know how he's holding up, if you would. If you're in need of any resources from the LSF proper, or should someone less desirable come knocking, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll certainly be in contact again soon with some further tasking, should you be up for it. In the meantime, do as you said - keep a low profile, and make sure to watch your back. You've been a fine servant of the Republic for some time now, Perry, and I don't want to imagine reading that headline a second time.
In service to the Republic.
