To whom it may concern,
Congress has decided that we need to be more aggressive in the assistance of the war front. The movement of Military goods and personnel to and from the resistance is a must and in an effort to increase that we are looking to construct a modular installation in Magellan to act as a field hospital as well as a way-station for supplies moving to the surface. We would much appreciate your organizations cooperation in this endeavor

Greetings Rick,
Glad to hear from you again sir. This is excellent news. The Congress is known for its ability to get things done. We definitely need the extra help out here there's no doubt about that. We'd be happy to help with some heavy lifting of course!
This actually solves a problem I've been thinking about since we began. I've been unable to accomodate for the build up of Casualties that come from the surface. I've avoided including them in our operatons because we don't have adequate medical capabilities to handle them, nothing like hospital ships or a field hospital. You may not know, but we have also set up our own facilities at a secluded location inside Leeds that we've kept exclusive to our ships. We have been using a modular station to transfer only able bodied Refugees out of the system so far. Your base may be the safe avenue to evacuate Casualties we have also desparately needed, as they offload at Planet Cambridge for example, for $5,039 SC/unit.
I will grant access to your ships at our bases in return, where we also transit military supplies in small quantities, and are able to grant safe port to gunboats, transports and other larger vessels.
We can go over the details via our intercom, and I'll give a heads up to my captains in the meantime.
