You can keep the generic Zoner ID/IFF as well for the Zoners that wish to be truly nomadic and not take a specific zone as their home. Obviously downside can be not being able to enforce any NFZ at any Zoner station. Regional Zoners on the other hand could have that perk so there's a reason to take a Regional ID/IFF.
there are no more zoners. zoners only exist to be the punch bag for some factions,otherwise the devs would had end it.

So yes, i agree with some that said, that should be "various" zoners, because not all are alike, and not all have to kiss the same backside to survive. this way they can adjust the reps acording their needs.
the zoner militant was a fiasco that was a good idea, for some, for 2 weeks or something, and never undestood why it was created, to take a base that was abandon by zoners!!!
so yes ... make local zoners id, and normal id for those that are not back kissers

Not all have disappeared, they use their ID differently, as support and help if needed
but you know, the Zoners even militant are not true warrior, and they are not crazy
