Good day, Guildmaster Kyoko.
You may wonder, why I am contacting this soon and why over a private network and I would expect that of course.
After our last contact, I have done some research with what I could find that would not be classified and combined them with my own logs from my time in Intelligence. I have reached a conclusion that the Crayter Republic was secretly supplying the rogue Battlegroup Olympia, both with Marines and essential equipment. Even the wreckage in Aland's proximity suggests they had extra support, unless the Battlegroup's remnants sacrificed everything to capture Aland in the name of Bretonia, which does not make too much sense.
The 3rd Fleet of Republic has been absorbed into 2nd Fleet back and they are no more. Thus, the only hope we could achieve regarding the Republic-Guild relations sinks. The new information I gained about the situation, as well as the Republic's questionable treaties and shifting allegiances brings me the following question: Are they still the Republic we knew and loved?
You know the answer, I know the answer. My goals are however the same as the old Crayter. Putting an end to Outcast menace and staying out of House influences. To achieve that, I do not wish to fight side by side anymore, it is not possible. Instead, I wish to continue my fight amongst my brethen within the Guild. Before we get into more details, I wish to hear from you. In case of you want to meet, I am stationed at Tau 29.
Indeed, we know the answer well enough. It was obvious since the moment the ships of the Republic have approached the vicinity of Aland Shipyard and decided it was wise to befall the victims of the Bretonian imperialistic ambitions.
Back then, attempt to "mediate" the acquisiton of the Guild's asset is the best they could come up with, ultimately proving themselves to be the pawns of Bretonia. Not sure if the House imperialists have committed a coup within the government of the Republic or have bribed the key people in the Crayter ruling body - the result was the same for us; they conditions were ones we could not accept, and with their actions the Crayter Republic have ultimately stepped on it's own core values - putting the well-being of their people above everything and keeping away from House politics.
I can fully understand your unwillingness to work with these people. However, there seems to be a change of your affiliation: as far as i recall, not so long ago you have approached The Guild as the commanding body of the Third Fleet, and now, since it was "absorbed" - i take it you have parted ways with the Republic.
Guillestre have been relocated elsewhere and Java Station is now protected only by the local garrison of The Guild.
Report to the station, and bolster it's defense capabilities. I must say... we will have a long and complicated way ahead of us, but walking down this path is not impossible.

Guildmaster,
Yes, I had to...part ways. This is not the Crayter I served, this is the Republic that thrown their core values away and only focused on vengeance. It had to be done.
Regarding Java. We know about Guillestre's absence and we will keep a watch over Java as you requested. However, before we are able to do that, we will need to moor with Singapore Shipyard to change identification and IFF emitters, as well as have some willing crewmen to fill the posts. Not all of the crew followed me and we are in need of additional men and women to keep our ship, Glaucus, at top shape. We will request further modifications when we are required to assist Omega operations long-term, however current specifications should suffice for Tau region.
Once we settle these matters and if you require, rechristen the ship with a more...fitting name, then we can begin our work immediately.
You are granted permission to use Singapore Shipyard for resupply, refits and regular maintenance and The Guild engineers will be instructed to assist you in whatever way you might find yourself in need of.
Once everything is completed - report to Java as soon as possible and assist the Guild paramilitary in defending the area around the station.

Guildmaster,
Thankfully, your engineers were quick and efficient, knows their ways around Crayter ships almost as well as their own. We had everything settled and have taken our position near Java. I believe GRN forces or corporations will not allow us to dock should the emergency need arise, as there are some IFF incompatibilities exists due to the Glaucus' previous IFF configuration. However that is a minor concern and should be addressed in a more fitting time.
We are equipped with a Jump Drive Mark IV, a rather undeveloped, less efficient version compared to what was demonstrated with the Olympia. However I believe we can work to improve upon it, should the resources and contacts be available. Long story short, we can assist within Omega region within a moment's notice in case of you need us.
Current reports I am getting from the Chief Engineer is, the ship is running with %90 efficiency. Due to the technical differences between how the Guild operates the ships and how Crayter improvements upon base models, combined with Glaucus' rather unique nature of being a highly experimental ship, a small deficit like that is acceptable and rest assured, the ship still achieves operational status.

Guildmaster,
I have a matter that requires you and your connections.
As you know, I, my men and the Zephyr Class Carrier we brought alongside is still in Taus and in fact, we quelled a few Outcast incursions in Tau 23 and 37 in coordination with GRN forces.
However, my engineers found that, the technology deficit we suffer is albeit small, is affecting the Zephyr's performance at crucial moments. In our simulations, we have seen fit to switch some weaponary, in addition to contact several organisations for improvements, mainly in powering and engines. However that is where we have concerns.
Does Guild have capabilities to sustain the Zephyr after the potential improvements? What kind of fuel we can easily access in the Omega regions, if we were to optimise the vessel's engines for that region instead of more volatile Taus and how are Guild's relations with Ingenuus nowadays?
Once the questions are answered and concerns settled, we will begin the improvements.
It is a pleasure to hear your presence on Java was not a mistake, and have ensured the station's extensive security. Much to my pleasure, you have also got along with the Royalist forces of Gallia well enough. At least when it comes to keeping the Orange menace away.
Regarding your concerns - the engineers at Singapore have expertise in maintaining Crayter ships - occassions have been plenty, considering the long negotiated agreement between The Guild and The Republic about the rent of one of the Singapore drydocks for maintenance of Crayter heavy assets.
Speaking of the improvements - our engineers should be able to procure the maintenance of the upgraded Zephyr, however, they would first need the list of said improvements and as much details regarding them as possible, the efficiency of maintenance is at stake. The more they know - the smoother it should go.
On an unrelated note - we have observed the events in Cortez with concern. Betheny was lost, and that unties the Coalition's hands to apply the pressure elsewhere. That involves the Taus, where the extensively long Gallic supply lines are maintained, and that provides a distant threat to our only asset in Tau-31, Holman outpost. To preserve them in the wake of the possible Allied attack, the following orders have been released and are effective immediately.
I would like your Zephyr to be relocated to Tau-31 to assist in upholding the security of Holman. Rest assured, all necessary assistane from the local garrison will be provided, including a Sagarmatha-class battlecruiser Aadarshini, that have recently been relocated in the area.

Guildmaster,
Glad to hear the Guild can maintain it well. The upgrades, depending on their success of acquisition and feasibility, will make our vessel a formidable machine. We will provide the current modifications as well as intended upgrades in a list.
Regarding Tau-31. I believe we can handle the security around the perimeter and coordinate with the local Garrison. In case of Glaucus' ability to traverse is hampered - which it will happen at the outskirts of the system - 28th "Resurgence" Squadron's remnants are ready to intercept distant threats.

Kyoko,
I tried to make a deal with IRG as part of planned series of upgrades on Glaucus. However I hit a big wall, as you may see in the comm I gave you access. I was hoping for a similar price, compared to the business I have done with them over Olympia. However looks like they have become, rightly to some extent, skeptical over Aland fiasco.
No, I do not expect you to drop them an old Argus chassis, let alone a Jump-capable one, however you have greater access to resources, more influence over things and I believe you may assist me in this endeavour.
I need options, better they be convincing ones. We need this upgrade to give us an advantage over Bretonians and Corsairs.
