I've just set up shop at Aland and took an account of what's what. I got several priorities on the line and I need your decision on who's first. Several requests are flooding the shipyard, and making the teams mighty overwhelmed. So I'll do my best to sum it up for you so you can get back to your jobs of exploding gauls out of their tin cans.
Standard OFRR (Repair and Refit of Fleet Assets)
HMS-Killarn (Dunkirk that was damaged during operation Chrysalis)
HMS-Hellbound (Standard engine replacement)
Busted Vidar (Cooling its heels at the security exclusion zone)
Initiate Deployment and Manufacturing Ops for Fortitude
Now, I left Development out of this, namely the Dreadnought Project, because I got it handled. A test yard is already set apart for it, although I need your signatures on bringing some talent from other parties, mostly Liberty in origin, considering I can't run a shipyard and do all the development on my own.

Right. Let us get down to it.
Firstly, I will sign off any additional development members, no questions asked. But keep it in mind that it is your balls on the line if anything goes wrong, do you understand?
Secondly, for priorities. You neglected to tell me how long each action will take, but from the content I can extrapolate a rough estimate.
I will list the order of work as below;
1. HMS-Hellbound (Standard engine replacement)
> It sounds very simple, and completion will allow an asset back on the field, get it done quickly.
2. Standard OFRR (Repair and Refit of Fleet Assets)
> I need our fleets up to full capacity, no gaps must be allowed. Consider this an ongoing concern.
3. Initiate Deployment and Manufacturing Ops for Fortitude
> This is vital for the future of Bretonia and may prove vital in the war, get it done once the Hellbound refit is hastily completed.
4. HMS-Killarn (Dunkirk that was damaged during operation Chrysalis)
> Having a Battleship ready, while ideal, is not as important as our Battlecruiser production. It is for the Norfolk fleet, and I hope the Norfolk will not be needed.
5. Busted Vidar (Cooling its heels at the security exclusion zone)
> This sounds extremely complicated, and the ship itself is not impressive, consider this a side project with low priority.
Get the simple stuff out of the way, and focus on 2. and 3., if 4. and 5. can be done on the side, so be it.
