PRIORITY:High ENCRYPTION:High IDENTIFICATION:Inspekteurin Kara von Thielau RECIPIENT:Bretonian Police Commissioner SOURCE:Schlachtkreuzer Mondsee, Stuttgart System SUBJECT:Possible co-operation
Guten Tag Commissioner,
Mein Name ist Kara von Thielau and I am Inspekteurin of the Polizei Forces in Rheinland. I am contacting you due to a series of recent events. First things first, I have got to know, that we have currently a higher number of crimes committed in the Omega-3 region. Our traders have been engaged by independent pirates, as well as Hessians, however not from their first fleet.
A recent development at the Libertonian border has moved me to contact you. We, the RFP and the LPI have come to an agreement for the bordersystem Hudson, which benefits both Polizei forces. I contacted you today, to propose this solution for the Omega-3 system between the BPA and the RFP. Here the detalis:
I suggest, we start sharing an emergency channel and if one Polizei detects action in the border system, they can freely call the others for aid. I propose, that if the criminal runs from Rheinland to Bretonia, the Polices enforce Rheinland law together, if the criminal runs from Bretonia, we enforce Bretonian law together. The region, which the person ran off, will be the destination for imprisonment. this shall serve mainly as a co-operation against pirates, smugglers and slave-traders. The Polizei has besides our SEK, the special forces, another elite unit, the Bundesgrenzschutz. They operate in the outer regions, at Rheinland's very borders. I suggest, this group would mostly be operating with you there.
I am open for suggestions and await your reply.
That would it be for now Commissioner, danke für Ihre Zeit.
Hochachtungsvoll,
K. v. Thielau Inspekteurin der Polizei Kara von Thielau
Bundespolizei

An interesting proposal. The Libertonians contacted me the other day with a similar request. I see no issue with this idea. I accept your offer, although I must add that given a new agreement with the LPI, Liberty officers may accompany our patrols. In fact, I would expend a similar offer to the RFP. If your own officers wished to join BPA patrols in Cambridge, I'm sure we could accommodate that.
Kind regards: John Steiner

Hallo Commissioner Steiner,
This addition to my proposal sounds very interesting to me and I like it. I cannot promise the following my now, but I hope we can manage the same for Stuttgart, or at least Omega-7. I will contact the Rheinland Government on this matter, I hope I can announce that your officers can join us there soon.
I look forward to fly with your officers soon and hope to have a good co-operation with the BPA from now on!
That would it be for now Herr Steiner, danke für Ihre Zeit.

Hallo Commissioner Steiner,
Herr Steiner, I can now, finally, announce, that BPA officers can, if RFP Polizisten are present, join our patrols in Stuttgart and the Omega-7 system. However I cannot allow shootings, especially concerning IMG. These are prohibited by the government, a thing I cannot change.
I am looking forward to the first patrol.
That would it be for now Herr Steiner, danke für Ihre Zeit.

These terms are fine, it will be good for the lads to experience how Law enforcement is done in other houses as well as a chance to stretch their legs outside of the house. I look forward to our first patrol.
Kind regards: John Steiner
