Although my complaints are at the level of children-cry, but learn to make a list of those who can participate and who cannot.
The Council can do something in Bretonia, but in next event it can't.
It's more about gameplay than RP. Gallic side gets always roflstomped by all of these ID's so why should they add two more IDs with quite alive population against Gallic side, thus making it unbalanced and not really fun for Gallic side?

Maybe the BAF or LN can RP and build a POB themselves. 2 years ago some friend of mine built an illegal POB in the East Leeds Smog Cloud to repair ourselves during our hunts for gallic NPC cap ships, we called it "Punitive Expedition".

I was thinking more along the lines of just moving the fleets at Southampton to the Leeds side of the gate. It would fit with the establishing a beachhead inside Leeds.

Not saying it's balanced now, but you know.
I do not deny that this is done in favor of the Gallic side, and I support this initiative.
It is strange that they made 3 events, in the first of which there was no Council, in the second it suddenly appeared, and now it is not there again. One gets the impression that we are some kind of mercenaries.
Although, again - my words are more like children's crying, but I am also of the opinion that it is better to have a template with factions who can and who can not participate in a certain territory. Let it be strict and cruel, but it will be, and the players will not raise discussions on the topic: “Why can't my garbage truck participate in this event? I drove a lot of garbage, and now I can not carry it yet?! But everything happens there same!!!"
The Council should not be involved at all in the affairs of Bretonia in current events. We do not care about what is happening in Leeds, we are busy with affairs in France. Of course, we sympathize about ppl in Leeds and in NL. But we would not send troops or waste resources when we now have all our forces concentrated in the heart of Gallia.
Sorry for the level of my English. Google translator.
But in general, this is advice to developers for the future: if you are going to do several events in a row, and these events are on the same territory, then agree in advance who can and cannot participate there. Based on RP reasons, of course.
There is nothing to do there. Instead of playing off Bretonia’s preparations for the Leeds invasion, as well as make events inside New Paris, you are playing back the Bretonia’s instant attack on Leeds.
Without preparation, without transfer of reinforcements. Who is fighting like that? In my opinion, a trading event on the preparation of Bretonia for an attack on Leeds, as well as an event on an attack on New Paris by the forces of the Council and their allies, would be appropriate. And only then, when the revolution consists, launch an attack on Leeds, being confident in victory.
You somehow strangely strive to end the war in one place, forgetting that all the same happens in another. Where are the events in France? There are already three major events in Bretonia, and nobody cares about Gallia. The Council would have long ago shot down the entire government in the basement and raised flags.
I have no say on where the Events happen. That is up to the Devs.
As for thinking of Gallia, I am possibly the most active Player in Gallia.
I am sure that there will be things in Gallia, before the end. I pass those Council BSs pairing off the GRN BSs every day.
As for Events, in Gallia, there was recently the Council exodus from Roussillon to Provence, the fight between GRN, Council and CR in Provence.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
Intelligence organizations have no place on an open battlefield, nothing personal against them but instead of adding BIS and LSF and whatnot, why can't, as Spectre has said, a longtime ally like CR not participate in a war we are directly involved in?
