FuTech Customer Support Wrote:An android's set of skills is defined by its model, while they cannot learn completely new operations (for example, the RZ-200 cannot learn how to fly fighters), they can adapt their knowledge to new aspects of a skillset they already possess (for example, the RZ-200 learning how to pilot a new freighter operating system). Their skillset covers pretty much everything depending on the branch they're supposed to be used in, the RZ-200 can do all sorts of work related to maintenance, logistics and transport piloting. Skills, that fal into such categories are easily adaptive.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:The little light on an android's temple is it's status indicator LED. It is used as an identificator for all androids and shows their status.
Blue means that all operations are running accordingly and no action needs to be taken. If your android's LED lights up blue despite showing obvious issues, make sure to have it replaced at one of our stores as soon as possible.
Yellow has a few meanings. If the light turns yellow for a short moment, it means that either the software has run into a minor problem that should balance itself out. The android should still work as intended in regards to functions not affected by the problem. If the light stays yellow for a longer time, the android should run a system diagnosis to figure out what the issue is and where. In most cases the diagnosis will solve the problem, if not, contact the FuTech Support to receive direct assistance.
Red signals a critical issue. This can be caused by a situation in which the android may be in immediate danger and warns about possible software or hardware damages. If the light on your android is red for more than a few seconds, it means that either the software has run into a critical error or a piece of its hardware is damaged (Audio processor damaged, leg components not functional etc.) Let your android run a diagnosis and contact the FuTech support for assistance. If your android cannot give you the reason for its critical error, contact us nonetheless so the problem can be fixed as soon as possible.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:Due to the strong batteries implemented in the androids, they can stay autonomous for about 10 years before they need to be recharged. Once the energy runs out, send it to a FuTech recharging station and we will do the rest. This shouldn't take longer than one day.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:Androids are never going to hurt humans, be it their primary or secondary user(s) or other humans. Due to FuTech's development of combat androids, there are instances, in which an android is allowed to use violence, for example, if a security android protects a human, a ship or cargo or an android model was designed to fight certain enemies. Androids may also attack due to reasons of self-defense, but only if the attacking party is considered unlawful.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:Despite their extreme range of actions, not every android can do everything. An SC-500 Security Android cannot fly any sort of commercial vessel or do specific tasks related to logistics that would require trained knowledge as a human. If an android is given an order it is unable to fulfill, it will tell its commanding user.
If an android refuses to act out an order it is clearly supposed to be able to do, immediately contact our support center, it is possible that your model is corrupt and requires replacement.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:While we aim to create as many models as needed to cover as many fields as possible, it is indeed possible to have a unique android created only for a customer. The customer may then choose needed perks and looks. Since this requires our team to work on a new code and essentially develop a new model that will not become available for everyone, the procedure is very expensive and depends on how complex the android has to be.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:Of course! If your group requires an android that has to take on tasks the other models aren't ready to do, message our company and FuTech will happily start working on a new project. An example is the CX-Series developed solely for the Core.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:Provided that our company receives a consent form signed by the person the model is supposed to look like, any android model can have any look, be it an exact copy of you or anybody else. This will increase the cost by a little. FuTech will not model an android after a person without their consent.
FuTech Customer Support Wrote:No. An Android's data is immediately transferred upon its destruction, if not deliberate. FuTech will immediately send a replacement model for the usual insurance charges. The new model will then be able to carry on where the destroyed model has left off. Note, that FuTech cannot be held reliable for any form of data loss that might occur nonetheless.
