"Fräulein von Falkenberg will be arriving in a few minutes." Said a boring manager that was responsible for them getting on board. Enma nodded. waiting at the landing pad. The yacht was already sailing a few miles away from the shore. it was fully stocked with all sorts of alcohol, food, and serving personnel. The weather was great and Loyola was glad that she could avoid plebeian tourists in generic resorts.
The yacht itself was also one of the best from those that were available. Enma sighed, already wanting to fly to it, and it's only a matter of moments before Stefanie will be here. Bored, she would look into a mirror, preparing herself for a meeting. Wearing one of her beloved dresses and brand new sunglasses.
It took around twenty more minutes until Enma could spot a Shuttle closing in on the landing pad. It didn't take long until a relatively young woman left it, wearing a relatively short, red summer-dress and some dark sunglasses. She almost instantly spotted Enma and walked towards her.
"I'm sorry for being late. It was a bit crowded in space. How are you? Ohh sorry, where are my manners. Stefanie von Falkenberg but Stefanie or Stef is enough for my friends."She said while offering Enma her hand for a handshake.
Enma got tired of waiting so much that she was about to start shooting random people. When shuttle have shown up she almost unloaded her family pistol on it. But when it's landed and she saw a young girl walked off it, her anger would somehow vanish. And so more when she spoke and extended her hand.
"The pleasure if mine, just call me En."
Enma would take her hand, to shake it lightly. She would then point to another shuttle that will fly them right on the yacht. The service people were busy to quickly bring Stef's bags from one shuttle to another. Enma would invite Stef to take her seat with a gesture, and once it was done, she would take a seat next to her. The captain said that they will go up into the air in 30 seconds.
Enma would look at Stef, now more closely, slightly touching her hand as their seat were close.
"We should be at yacht with no time... And you look so young, how old are you?"
Stefanie would chuckle a bit hearing this question. She turned her head slightly towards Enma."I am twenty-seven, soon twenty-eight. Well, soon means in exaclty six days. What about you?"She responded to Enma with a smile on her face.
That question actually confused her, as she rushed to find her ID card to answer it. Her movements were quite hasty on that. The yacht that was on the horizon was rapidly closing, shuttle pilot seemingly did not want to waste any time himself. It looked like he's having something really important things to do after the job is done. Speed limits were clearly violated. Finally, Enma has managed to get her card out. It had heard year of birth, so she had to do fast calculations as well.
"Yeah that makes it 36 already. But thank God we are aging not that fast. As for your coming birthday, if you don't have any other plans we could mark it together."
Meanwhile, the shuttle was already landing, with their bags being quickly unloaded. Enma would stand up first to offer Stefanie her hand. Leading Rheinalnder off the shuttle, she would take a deep breath of clean oceanic air. It was sunny and the breeze wasn't able to raise any large waves. Almost everything seemed to be perfect and En was clearly amused.
"Well, we have few options. Could have lunch, take a look around, or switch outfit and swim in the pool. Or anything really. What you would like too?"
Enma asked as they were walking down from the landing pad to head where the fun is.
Stefanie chuckled slightly as Enma was searching for her ID card. "Do you don't know when you were born? That is somehow cute." She couldn't resist and responded with a cute-sounding chuckle as her cheeks turned a bit red.
She hesitated first when Enma offered her hand in order to help her out of the shuttle but taking it finally she left and jumped out of it. A deep breath and a wonderfully warm and salty breeze later, she would look at En.
"Thirty-six you say? You look like you are in your early twenties. And about the options, you've mentioned. Lunch first, then a small break and after that a swim. That sounds good for me." Stefanie responded with a chuckle while her long, blonde hair was getting ruffled by the wind. She would step a bit closer to Enma in order to whisper something in her ear. "Ohh and, I have enough time. It would be nice to celebrate my birthday with someone and not alone like last year."
En even looked slightly confused, because of Stef's manners. Stefanie clearly attempted to be shy and cute, but at the same time violating her personal space by whispering to her ear. At the same time, she had to pay attention to the yacht captain who came to greet them with a salute. Enma nods and raising her hand, dismissing him.
"I have too many things going on in my head. And some obvious things like the age are being slowly washed away. And it gets only worse with every year to pass."
Loyola would take Rheinlander by the hand to lead her to what supposed to be a compact restaurant. If she remembered a plan of this ship correctly.
"Alright... then lunch first. You are not the one to hesitate when it comes to deciding, I like that. And I am sure this place got enough entertainment to host a birthday party. I bet you can invite some more people if you would like to. "
The restaurant was indeed not the largest, but it had glass walls allowing to observe the ocean at almost 360 degrees. The wind wasn't bothering their hair anymore. Waiters would prepare their chairs inviting them to take a seat. Enma would traditionally cross her legs as she would sit down, taking a menu to study as well.
