To whom this reaches,
Thirteen months ago the Legacy cell attempted to reach out to the administrators of Livadia Shipyard, the Ingenuus Research Group, in regards to coordination and construction of an 'Aquilon'-class Carrier for use by the Legacy against the Nomad threat. After word of Ingenuus' distancing from the public spotlight, I'm sending this to the station administrator directly in the event of an administration change that may leave the original document lost or buried under miles of paperwork.

"A Really Big Fish"
Dear miss Becker.
I thank you for reaching out to our new administration here at Lividia shipyard.
Had you not, I cannot guarantee your communication would have been processed, the IRG have been quite thorough
in removing traces of their time here at the station, minus some staff that wanted to continue working here.
It is always good to hear from the Order, in this dangerous corner of space it is of the utmost importance that we humans,
regardless of Order, Core, Zoner or whatever flavor of the month is present here, are at the very least strong enough to fend
off the alien threat.
Before we get down to business though, allow me to introduce myself. I am Bob Bobberson the third, Esquire.
While I will spare you my life story, allow me to briefly sum it up by making mention of my upbringing on Leeds before the
Gallic annexation and the horrors that have transpired since then. Needless to say I have embraced this new opportunity
Velvet has so graceously offered me and I intend to run a tight ship, so to speak, now that I am the new administrator of Lividia Shipyard.
Now that introductions are out of the way, let us turn to your request for building an Aquillon.
Velvet is currently in the process of starting a large wave of production in terms of warships, having been recognized as
a formidable budding force here in the Omicrons. As such, I have orders to utilize the shipyard to the fullest of its capabilities to
materialize the fleet Melissa Jones invisions as fast as possible.
Due to this, I'm afraid Velvet would request significantly more from you then would be reasonable for our service at the present moment.
I'd rather not mention the proposition HQ forwarded to me as I fear it will be insulting to you and your organization as a whole.
Instead, I would request you to resubmit your offer in several months, by then we should have produced several of the capital vessels Velvet requested.
Perhaps by then we would be able to help you out for a more realistic and reasonable offer.
I hope to have sufficiently informed you regarding your query.

Herr Bobberson,
While it's regrettable that the request will need to be put off for longer, the reasoning is understandable. I will resubmit our proposal near the end of the year to ascertain whether Velvet has completed enough of their queued work to begin construction on an Aquilon carrier for the Legacy's use.
Until then, we will carry on as usual.

Herr Bobberson,
I suppose I had to make this eventually after talks with the second party, but you have my apologies for this taking as long as it did to reach you.
The Legacy of Orillion cell has decided that, in an effort to both allow for the Velvet Organization to continue with their buildup unimpeded and for our request to be fulfilled before potential deadlines, we will look to a secondary source to coordinate the construction of an Aquilon-class carrier for use during Legacy operations against the Nomads.
The source in question will be the Genesis Research Group, an descendant of the IRG that wishes to coordinate with the Order. It's my hope that this departure from the original plan will not hamper Legacy/Velvet relations, as we still wish to coordinate to see to the removal of the Nomad threat, among other things. Should the Velvet Organization have any concerns as to our decision, or to the GRG in particular, feel free to voice them. Otherwise, I hope Velvet will recognize our decision and the method of which we wish to go about building this platform.
