To who it may concern,
My name is Devin Blackwood, and I represent The Nemesis, a small but growing cell within The Gaians. The Nemesis has only recently come to power with the catastrophes that have struck Bretonia. From the butchering of Leeds to the desecration of Planet Gaia, these are the events that have galvanized a newer less passive generation of Gaians. Those who have come before me chose talk before action, I will not repeat their mistakes.
As I have come to understand ALG and Bretonia are not exactly on speaking terms. Many Gaian cells praise your organizations efforts in cleaning up the industrial refuse left in the wake of other corporations wanton mass production. If Bretonia will not allow ALG to come into Leeds and continue your efforts of cleaning up their mess, we at The Nemesis will do what we can. While am not a expert in the field in any measure what I do know is that we cannot simply load Toxic Waste into transports, it needs to be contained. It is for this reason we would like to purchase 5,000 HazMat Canisters™ . Assuming we don't manage to corrode our ships to pieces or dies in the process of filling the canisters of course.
I can assure you as far as any government agency will be concerned this shipment was stolen from ALG Waste Disposal.
However, at the end of the day this is your decision and I will not hold it against you. Regardless, I hope to expand our operations with ALG Waste Disposal in a way that is profitable. Unlike prior cells, results will be much easier to notice.
We have watched your movement with interest for some time. In fact, given our lines of work it is surprising our paths have not crossed more often. And, as you say, we now have one more thing in common: a well-founded ill-disposition towards Bretonia.
Your courage in desiring to take the shameful state of affairs in Leeds into your own hands is admirable. You are quite correct in that transporting and storing toxic waste in our our haz-mat containers is the only safe, proven way to do so. However, I must warn you that handing and filling these containers is also a task not to be taken lightly. You Gaians are a secretive group and we know precious little of your experience in any operation of this sort. It is theoretically possible for us to provide a little technical exchange, though this of course raises the stakes upon discovery dramatically.
I take it that you will require delivery of the materials at a drop point inside your own zone of operations. Please expand on this point, as it is another matter we have little knowledge of. And rest assured, this will not be the first, nor the last, time ALG loses a shipment to the outstretched hands of those in need.

Erich Stohl,
My disdain for the Junkers knows no bounds, however their stations make convenient exchange points for those who would rather not be found out. I do believe they recently depressurized an old decrepit liner on the northern edge of The Cornwall Field. Additionally, they seem to have regained control of Trafalgar from The Crown, if you wish to attribute this to them being puppets for The Queen or simply the Armed Forces no longer deeming it a national security asset is up to you. For now however, the Liner or Trafalgar will make safe and quiet locations for you to "Loose" the canisters.
Additionally I appreciate your concern but rest assured we are taking every precaution while handling the waste. We are aware of its hazards to human health, I do appreciate the offer, for now though I think I will pass. No need to risk your legal status so soon after returning to Bretonian space.
No doubt this will not be free, name your price and who knows, maybe one of your charitable accounts in Bretonia may find itself suddenly a little richer than it was before.
Thank you for your timely reply. However, I believe you may be operating under a misapprehension. We are still forbidden from Bretonian space. For this reason both locations suggested in New London are unsuitable. In any case, even at the best of times we would prefer a more... remote location. May I suggest the Zoner installation Lanzarote Station instead? I understand it is considerably further away from your intended destination but I believe with your networks that will pose little problem.
With regards to payment, we ask only for the market rate for the goods and their delivery, namely 32,500,000 S.C. We're interested to see how this project of yours develops.

Erich Stohl,
My apologies, I chose to assume based on the presence of Belvedere that ALG/Bretonia relations had changed. I'll go with it is a subsidiary of your own organization and move along. As for the delivery point, why not simple use Freeport 1 in Omega-3? It wouldn't be unusual for your own ships to stop there nor would it be out of the realm of possibility for our own ships to be there and make purchases from the Zoners. My suggestion is to rent one of the cargo lockups on the station, they're cheap and can be used to transfer goods no questions asked (a common tactic used by savvy Junkers and Freelancers to circumvent normal cargo monitoring methods put in place by the houses, but you didn't hear that from me.)
Apologies for the tardiness of this response. Things have been rather chaotic in Rheinland as of late, as I assume you are aware and can appreciate. Fortunately, we may be able to use that to our advantage.
My original suggestion of Lanzarote Station was presupposed on the fact that the relatively recent Bretonian occupation of Omega-3 means that border world remains heavily patrolled. With the Bretonians concerned with repelling any effects of the political upheaval in Rheinland that is likely to be even more true. This is why I suggested Lanzarote, that particular route into Bretonian space being rather more permeable.
Secondly, it is no secret that ALG is now entering a period of particular financial stress and could do with all the funding we can obtain. We've heard rumours that you are expanding your fleet of capital ships. Perhaps, all going well with this assignment, we will conduct more business in future.
Deliveries will commence immediately and with haste.

I have had word that the deliveries have been completed by Division V vessels and the contract fulfilled on our side. Rather timely, if I may say so myself.

Erich Stohl,
Firstly, thank you for your deliveries, these will be put to good use promptly and you likely will see them returned in the relatively near future. While I am still unsure to what extent I trust you to know such valuable intel such as fleet composition, I will say you are correct that we are looking to expand it. There are two critical components to any ship construction operation, Hull Paneling and Fuel.
