Quote:3.4 Attacking POBs (Player-owned Bases) without Roleplay/declaration (Attack Declaration Thread)
Consequences:
The Owner of the Base has asked for this to be only a warning. I will therefore comply to his wishes. You have deleted the Ship, in question. We hope that you will take heed and not repeat the Rule break in the future.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of GM Right #CTE 750AE

Am I right to assume that I (almost) got a sanction for triggering the base shield after it killed 2 of my teammates and nearly killed me?
Is attacking a base without intent to destroy it (with a goddamn CD) still requires a post in attack declaration thread?
I believe shooting a Base 5 times over the space of 1 hour 18 minutes 4 seconds is a bit more than just shooting it with a CD.
Even when the Base Owner is asking you stop and reminding you of the Rules.
Even though you haven't asked for it, evidence sent.
