How far are these forums and how many pages have xd, forgive me if this message does not go here, I hope you'll forgive me, I'm not much of forums.
Let's see, I'm going to break a spear for peace. I urge the LPI to move the Albany base and its 10k weapons from the planet Manhattan. In exchange I do with my shadow character what they want, the polished enmigo n1 of Liberty, a haker, the roll they ask for or erase what they decide, and I'm back to being the anonymous player I've always wanted to be.What's more, I'm willing to cover half the expenses of moving the base.Let this not be an egos fight.
Albany will never be moved from its location. Your only upset about one weapons platform that's strategically located below the mooring point and above the docking rings. If you send a comm to LPI- asking for forgiveness i will waive the fine and remove your name from the hostile list. If you are caught breaking Liberty law again I will not only put your name hostile to Albany but I will submit an FR5 request.

Kracken. Perhaps you should take a quick read of what the server rules say about PoBs.
Da Rules Wrote: - Location and IFF of bases are permanent, the name can be changed once every 6 months. Requests to do so can be submitted here.
I've taken the liberty of highlighting the important part. There are very few exceptions to this rule, and in the case of Albany, there are none. So please, stop complaining. We've given you all the options in the world of solving the problem. Just to reiterate them, here they are:
Change ship name with /renameme
Do some roleplay. Give the LPI a call via forum roleplay, pay a small fine and you'll be good to go.
Following the second option, don't smuggle when LPI is online, that way you won't end up back here.
Find a different route. Seriously, this works great.
Also, at this point, these threads that you are making are starting to fall under rule 1.2.
Da Rules Wrote:1.2 Flaming, insulting, trolling and harassing other players
Seriously mate, drop the topic. All you're doing is making more work for the moderators in locking the threads as they go off topic very easily.
As i understand, the PoB is an alternative way to punish smugglers insead of FR5 them.
If you ask me, i see a missmatch in the rules.
At one side, a single person (the owner of the PoB) can act against other players in a way, what is defently not the spirit of the rules.
Ok, there is defently no rule broken, but i would Change the rules, so that things like that are forbidden in the future.
Today, it might be "only" the blockade of a single planet/base, but what if when someone builds a PoB at the NY-JG in Penn and make it hostile to everyone.
Ok, a Core-1 Base could be removed, but what if the base is Core 3 and has many weapons?
Than would even the complete LN won't be enough to destory this base.
@Kalhmera: Maybe you should think about what you would do if someone blocks Manhatten for all LPI-Forces.
BTW: The next base where something like that can happen is Freeport 11. Fort Scorpio could easy prefent all unlikes subjects to dock at the base. And there are many more Options, so yes i speak for a rule against this.

You can smuggle things to other stations besides Manhattan. Grow a pair for once and stop whining and trying to force others to adapt to your wishes.

You can Destroy a POB Of course with some effort BUT if you use 50% of that effort on forum role play you can avoid that situation.
A POB guard is very low level (ineffective mostly) as compare to FR5 PROTOCOL.
FR5 = there will be no docking for you on that base.

You've got your answer now. You've also got two other threads talking/complaining about the same thing. I'm locking this thread to save further issues. Please don't make another OORP thread about this. Remember if you don't like the base get some people together in big ships (Outcast/Rogue), do some roleplay on the forums, post in this thread here and seige the base.
