Good.
If you could tell what do you mean by "uncommon gear", I surely will consider that. I use to move between Pittsburgh and Ouray regularly. Let us see if we will meet or not.

Since you requested clarification.
By uncommon gear I mean guns that are perhaps the only few models of their kind, unscrupulously obtained flight suits typically used by the Navy to pull sustained G's, aftermarket and blackmarket engine modifications that veer on insanity and the list goes on rather extensively. But as I said you'd really need to look for yourself and sort through what is and isn't useful or appealing to you. At least personally, I know exactly what I want.

Understood, I will have a look at that.
Yet, that's not the reason for my very last reply within this chain of transmissions. We need to talk. In person. Privately. Since you will be heading to Pittsburgh, I suggest we meet there asap. I think you know what the matter and especially how important it is.

Damian.
I bet you have read about the delivery reports to Ames of "our" operative.
Here on Ouray I made sure to talk to some people who I know of that they are - relatively - trustworthy and owning transports. They will reach Ames soon to pick up our goods. They will deliver it to Ramsey as soon as possible.
There is just one more thing - and I really hope you are aboard Ramsey to deal with it - they do not have space assigned to their cargo yet and I do not want our special deliveries to fall into wrong hands there.
Since you already have the list of materials, you do know what is coming from Ames and should have an easy job with that. Maybe you can assign some technicians and mechanics to get to work on the Rose, too.
I'll handle things over here on Ramsey, it's quite necessary for a task as sensitive as this to have Command oversight for the express purpose of making sure nobody screws up. Or at the very least to ensure that they'd be harshly punished for doing so. I'll have people get to work the exact moment the supply ships start coming in, I'd also like for you to keep this between us and the egg-heads for now.

Damian Morreti.
I can't believe what you have done there. Unbelievable. That must be a bad joke. A dream, maybe.
Anyway. Expect me to arrive at Ramsey at your office within an hour.
There is so much I would like to tell you right now.
Anyway. See you there.

Damian.
I need you to use your authority once again. Your word will spread quicker and more powerful than mine would do.
As you have probably read in the transmissions between Siren and I, we have some names to whitelist. We have to inform all our pilots so that those particular operatives will not be touched. Never. Under whatever circumstances. There is only one exception to this rule, which is, if the situation changes and Siren eventually tells us that some of his agents are not as trustworthy as he intended when sending us that list.
But for now I want everyone being informed and every direct confrontation - whether it is only a little chat or even an entire engagement and therefore a break of our agreement - to be reported either to you and then forwarded to my hands, or to me directly. For now, those agents are under our protection.
For convenience, I am listing them up here as well.
Agent Siren
Agent Ferocity
Agent Caladrius
Agent Renegade
Make sure this is done as soon as possible, so we prevent misunderstandings and misinterpretations beforehand.
As much as I don't trust those bastards, consider it done. Oh, and before I forget, I've requisitioned you accommodation on Fort Ramsey. It's where most of the command presence stays, I also figure that you'll appreciate not being assaulted by the cramped walls of your quarters on Ouray.
I decline being accommodated on Ramsey. I will stay on Ouray. The quarter might be small, but a small Widow doesn't need much space anyway. Also, I prefer those dark hallways which connect to my home!
I had the faintest of anticipations that you'd say that. Fair enough, I'll let the quartermaster deal it out to one of the eager upstarts. I'm currently weighing the pros and cons of offering that group of Outcasts an economic arrangement. I see an opportunity to cut the Junkers and the Rogues out of a market that they aren't being too careful of. One of the key points I'd rely on is the increased margins, less middlemen means less slices of the cake going missing. I foresee them as being unwilling to give up the Junkers entirely however, but given their amorality I doubt they would care if we cracked open Junkers hauling cardamine, especially when they'd still be turning a profit from purchases.
The revenue to be had from exploiting the addiction of the rich and the lazy could quite frankly prove crucial to undertakings on the scale of the Rose. It would also let us equate to our competition more appropriately, the financial situation improving by that amount would make the prospect of fielding gunships much more plausible than it is under our current budget. The arrangement I'd try to push through would be one of direct to fence shipping. In return our contacts on Pittsburgh can handle the direct to consumer exploitation. But at this point in time I'm only willing to consider the opportunity. They're a fresh entity as far as facts go, and as with anything that comes from Malta we can't trust them.
Weaponization of the dissident population on Pittsburgh is also a tempting prospect. Sowing chaos in exchange for a portion of the loot they manage to make off with could help diversify the goods that we have access to. And it's no secret that the planet's growing so fast that even the census bureau struggles to keep up. There's a lot to be considered going into the new year, among the list of issues that needs to be addressed is Beckley. They've succumbed to cold feet and there has to be a definitive resolution on the matter, otherwise they'll bolt of their own accord and likely prove a liability.
